We were seated quickly enough when we got here but the service was awful. The waitress took at least 15 minutes before she asked us if we wanted anything to drink. She didn't even bring the menu with her. We had to ask her twice for a menu and then had to ask a different waitress for a menu. About 5 minutes later she brings us a tablet instead of a paper menu and doesn't explain how to use it. When she finally came back to take our orders we had to repeat everything twice. WORST SERVICE EVER.
We used to come here pretty often before covid. Came today on a Saturday noon, we were seated quickly. Food is no longer as good as before, pancakes were bland and hard, smash oignon potatoes are hard tasteless. The most frustrating part is having to wait after our waitress for service, water and coffee. We barely had 1 water refill, order came out wrong. Waited 10minutes after we received our meal for bread.Unfortunately, we will not be coming back here.
Food isn't bad at all. But what really ticks me off is when servers take away your dish without even asking if you're done. I had half of my plate leftover and was still working on it. I turned my head for 5 seconds and my plate was gone. I hurried after the waitress when I realized what had happened and it was already too late. When I confronted her in a polite way, instead of apologizing she became super argumentative and rude. I just don't understand how servers can take away half of your food without asking.
- ask for a kids meals with no whipped cream an we got a adult meal with whipped cream-ask for the eggs well done... The where not well done- ask for a cinemon roll, we got a French toast on a cinemon roll- one person didn't have cutlery until after receiving the food- the broke a plate under a kids table and didn't pick it up- got water after finishing eating and the glasses were dirty, not only water stands but food risude from other people !- the got our order 45 minutes after we arrive and only because we stood up and ask an nice young lady and the waitress came and in a very arrongant way ask not to get up againDefinitely not coming here again because of the service, the food was ok.If a wanted normal service I will go to a little family brunch place and even then, the people are nice !

Have going there for years. The service is fast and friendly and the food is delicious. Always fresh and plenty of choices.
The worst restaurant experience ever, a shame for my 3 year old's first resto experience (pandemic to be blamed!) We had to wait some 10 minutes to be seated which quite understandable for a Saturday morning... Then to access the menu, u need to scan a bar code which leads you to the menu...fancy technology! However u cannot place the order technologywise but has to wait n wait for the unique waitress to come and note down your order. Loooong wait again for the food, nearly 1h later... Finally kid's egg yolk not cooked properly...had to pray that my kid didn't get any stomach bug. The quesadilla was delicious though. Recommend not to go on a weekend morning with small children... We spent more time with an empty table ...pardon me with glasses of water and one time coffee than in front of a plate of food!
