My wife had a 30 person reservation for a birthday and they called telling us that they had no staff an hour before. Veronique did tell us decide to keep another reservation Instead. Which did not sit well with us. She then hung up on our faces when we asked why she was choosing others over us. Talk about managerial skills! Cage aux Sport really digged low to fill that position.
DO NOT PLAN ANYTHING HERE. They Cancelled a 30 person reservation an hour before. People were on the way to the restaurant from all around the city and the manager Veronique decided to choose which reservations to keep in her restaurant and blamed her staff for taking the reservation that morning. When we asked to help she gave us the option to pick up the food and hang up in our face. We understand the shortage of staff these days but the timing and unprofessionalism towards clientele shows how much this franchise cares about their clientele. Cage Aux sport lost at least 30 customers over this, maybe not much to them, but time will tell
Amazing service from waitresses. Amazing reception.Big and good quality TVs.The salad was fresh. Amazing buffalo chicken burger.Very average fries and tacos. Can be better.Overall good experience.
Never again,my last time putting my feet in this place.They tell me that I only had 30 mins to eat ,then I would have to leave.Terrrible way to accept customers.At least have the decency just to say that they are all booked
Un pour tous tous pour ordered online and 2 miniature sauces.. for 30$ of potatoes and hot dogs.. put lots of sauces..
The food is great but service was a little rusty ( Covid labor shortages to blame). Otherwise very happy with the service
This would have been a perfect 5 Stars BUT, the extra shrimps i ordered with my steak platter was missing during my entire meal. I took my time and gave them 1/2 hr to bring my shrimps, but no dice ? (-1 Star): The other is the steak was recommended by the bartender, it was supposed to be great, especially $34 a speak?! It was just ok at best, very fatty and lots of tough tendons, supposed to be a AAA grade, absolutely NOT! (-1 Star).As for the Pros for this location, reserved parking is a plus. Friendly hostesses, Yasmin to Jessica serving you popcorn and seating you and the Bartender Mathew (i think) aussi. Excellent and that’s why it stayed at 3 Stars and NOT lower.Be advised, try to reserve ahead especially on a Habs game night!
If I could give no stars I would.Placed an order on skip for pickup and it was marked as ready. I showed up to pick up my order and the hostess tells me it’s not ready.Waiting upwards of 45mins in person to receive a pickup order.The excuse I got was:- the SkipTheDishes app is glitchy and we didn’t receive the order until you walked in- the order marked itself as ready for pickupPlace was messy and there was food all over the floor and no one was cleaning it up. There is a total of 1 table sitting down to eat.If you’re down to waste an our feel free to order from here.
I ordered a plate of wings for appetizer never got my buffalo sauce, took another hour before getting my main meal… without utensils… and without my ranch sauce… My friend was about to eat his ravioli with his hands, thank god he had a Swiss Army knife in his pocket to pick up the raviolis. The food was cold whenever utensils arrived. Never got my ranch sauce. Didn’t have any napkins I had to wipe my fingers with the used napkin that served us with the wings.
Good hamburger, great tv sets to watch sports.
