The service was great! As for the food, you get good value for your money. A smoothie that would cost you between 8-10$ is only 5$ at L’Eggspress Laval. They have a diverse menu for every palate with a good price range. The portions are big and filling. I got a Mediterranean omelette and a berries smoothie. I traded one of my toasts for my boyfriend’s fruit bowl and made myself a peanut butter and banana toast with the other. The quality of the fruits is worth mentioning, as well as the potatoes which were rich. I highly recommend L’Eggspress Laval.

Great ambiance super amazing service and the food is the best, can't forget to mention how wonderful the staff and chef are. I live 30 mins away and it's worth the drive. Long live Eggspress
When we came in, an older waitress was being mean to a younger waitress because she wanted our table I guess? A bit awkward.Other than that, it was pretty good.

Good food! But the waitress was really annoying and kept on touching me for no reason! Made many mistakes and not once came to ask if everything ok.. she is a main waitress and is very unprofessional.. very awkward.. it would make me avoid going cuz of her..
This is the first outing to a restaurant since the pandemic closures.Felt good to get out. And having chosen their terasse made us appreciate the out doors even more.Warm welcome... reasonable prices... great service and good food.Very favourable experience.We recommend.
