I’ve had very good experiences coming here in the past, but today the guy serving me was rude. He had an annoyed/angry look on his face from the moment he saw me walking in. His body language and his energy screamed “I hate my job, I don’t want to be here” and throughout the process he would occasionally stare at me and looked like he wanted to kill me. I stayed silent the whole time because I didn’t want to awaken something worse in him. I don’t understand what was making him so angry, it’s like he brought his personal problems to work and couldn’t get over it and took it out on me. I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was in there.Don’t negatively affect a person’s entire day just because you hate your life and aren’t doing anything about it. Go heal, man. Your energy is toxic.
Awful experience, food was very average and the owner of the establishment was extremely disrespectful.Would not recommend, food looked gross, I still can't get over how bad it was. All these good reviews are from relatives or friends, how it's still in business is beyond anyone.
Bad food .. very bad quality food the meat was disgusting if I cook at home I'll cook much butter then that .. we couldn't eat the meat and there were a smell in the food like it was old even the vegetable looks old not fresh .. I got pain in my stomach the whole day.
The place is perfect. The costumer service is very kind. The food is delicious.

Went for the family meal. Everything was fresh and tasted very good. Only downside is that they don’t clean other tables right away, so it looks kind of messy
Ordered the family sized mix through UberEats which consist of shrimps, calamari and 2 types of fish that were tasteless. The oil that it was deep fried on was probably very old as it had a burnt smell and was very soggy when we received. So we had to depend on the sauce which the marinara felt like expired sauce and we only had 1 tartar sauce for a family size meal. For the price you're paying, your better off buying from Chez Rayan for example...

Short Explanation:A place to avoid. For now. Until they change employees and simplify menus.Long Explanation:The customer service and experience is mediocre.The guy handling order makes you feel bad when asking questions about the menu. For instance, we asked "What is the difference between those two types of fish plates?" the answer we got was "They have different names". We followed up with "We know, but are they both boneless? How are they cooked?" then he eventually gave us more detail followed by "Your question was complicated!". We weren't sure if he was joking.They are not flexible with there menu at all. There is so many restrictions. For instance, we ordered the Shawarma chicken plate. The counter guy said that we can choose the salad we want. We asked for Taboulet salad. Then he proceeds to put another salad (purely lettuce) + Taboulet salad. We told him we don't want the other salad; we want Taboulet only. He said "The salad it comes with the dish plus another salad of your choosing. If you want to remove the basic salad to add more taboulet you have to pay extra." Guess what? We said never mind and the salad went to waste. Why these restrictions? Make your menu simple: 1 choice protein + 2 side (Salad or rice or both). These restriction you put makes the experience complicated and makes us waste food.The food was average but it's what one expects from a basic fast food store.Advice for management: Make your customer happy. Hire a polite employee. Make your menu simple. As a fast food restaurant you need to deliver fast. No ambiguity. Customer happy.
