Very shamefully dissapointed for same reasons others have complained in previous comments. They have the SLOWEST service I have ever seen. 2 iced coffees (closer to room temperature than iced) and 2 cups of ice cream took 25 minutes. I would expect much better service if it will cost 40$ for 2 coffees and 2 ice creams. Whatching the workers looked like a film in slow motion. It seemed like no one cared about the quality of the food. As mentioned the iced coffee was not cold and the ice cream had more whipped cream than ice cream.
Not very organized. The same person at the cash is seating people so she leaves the cash for a couple of minutes while people are piled up In line. They were Missing spoons, they couldn’t find them. That’s fine we are ice cream from a cup with forks (they found the napkins at least!) but with the long line up and waiting so long for our order, all in al not a good experience
Server didn't want to answer questions that we had about the menu. And prefered to walk away "Ill be back in 2 min". When we called her again 5 min later she looked at us to confirm she heard. After that the following happened.1-Table 1 called her, she went to give a bill and take payment.2- Table 2 called her she went took an order from table 2.3- she changed the paper roll for receipt machine.4- Table 3 called her she went to give the bill and take payment.5- Table 4 called her she went to bring a take out box to table 4.That's when we got up to leave she comes asks what's the order. My response was "you took more than 2 min".She didn't even care.Great service julliet this is my last time going to any of your branches
What a disappointment! I wanted to pick up desserts at the counter. I walked in and none of the staff greeted me asking if I wanted to be served. I waited 10 mins hoping someone would serve me. The staff looked up and continued doing other things and then they had their backs to me and the other person waiting in line, which is completely disrespectful! I ended up leaving as it was clear the staff were not going to take the time to check in if I wanted anything. Horrible customer service!
A great place for any chocolate lover, however I do have mixed feelings about this place.The place is overpriced and the service seems extremely slow even when they are not busy.I have ordered their hot chocolate drinks and they always arrive cold. Even with my recent trip back there, I had asked the waitress if she could make sure the drink was hot, and yet it still came cold.Raspberry lemon trifle is really sour, only go for it if you are a lemon lover. Don't bother with the chocolate waffle plate, their waffle is dry and hard, not fresh at all.Cheesecake brownie trifle is actually good, you get bits of brownie pieces mixed with a cheesecake sauce and it comes with their hot chocolate of the side.I used to love coming to this place, however with the disappointing service it's just not worth the trip.
The wait was long but I have seen worse. The issue isn’t even at the price but the food itself. I wouldn’t even pay 5$ for the salted crepes, the tea tasted horrific and the coffee isn’t fresh at all.
Worst customer service ever !!! My husband and I wrote our names on the waiting list and have been waiting for 1h to get seated only for the server and the manager to tell us 1HOUR LATER THAT WE CAN’T BE SEATED AND KITCHEN WILL BE CLOSED 5min before they are closing !! We wasted 1h of our time !!The manager told us that the staff is very slow and they can’t take more orders.Well if you have slow staff, give them better training or hire more people to help faster. Or the least you could have done is to tell us way before that you are not taking more people in !!! Not waste our time and energy !!!The food is great but the service is 0 !!! HIRE MORE PEOPLE AND BRING AN EXPERIENCED MANAGER !!!
My wife and I came in at 08:50pm on Friday 04th Feb. We waited 1h just to be seated. The waitress that took our names came to tell us they will be closing in 10min therefore we will not have a table. SERIOUSELY?We asked to speak with a manager. The manager told us that staff is very slow and they can’t take in more orders. Why couldn’t just tell us that earlier ? This place clearly needs to hire more people and hire a new manager as well !
I am sorry to say but i was very disappointed. The prices are extremely high for the small portions you get.-hot chocolate 8$, and you get 4 sips and it is filled with whipped cream-sundae 4 tablespoons of ice cream for 7$ and whipped creamPersonally i do not think the price is justifiable.The decor is beautiful and the staff are super nice and attentive though!
Great place for a coffee, hot chocolate. They have nice dessert and products but it is a bit pricy for what it is. I recommend only if you have time and are not afraid to wait in line for more than 20min. Overall it is good.
