The man that took our order was very rude and arrogant. Judging from the other reviews, he is the owner of this establishment which is shocking. When we arrived home, we noticed that one of our burgers was missing from the two tries. I tried to call the restaurant and no answer. First and last time here.

Harvey's like I remembered it, nothing to complain about! The burgers got the unique Harvey's taste and I can always be down for it. Rotate between Harvey's, McDonald's and a and w for the fast food style burgers haha

Drive-through experience was very good. Ordered a double original with cheese.Once I got home and open the wrap noticed the meat was burned, took a closer look at the patties were dry and definitely overcooked.Even a dog would not have eaten this. Very dissapointed. Did go back and obtained a refund the following day (manager wasn't too pleased about it).

I love Harvey's, but first and last time visiting this location. The owner, goes by the name of Bell when I asked to have his full name as I assured him that I would be making a formal complaint in regards to my in store customer experience. He treats his customers with no respect. I offended him when I asked to use my coupon codes, he refused every opportunity. He dispappeared for about 3 min, when I realized that he was serving the drive and counter tills. I was trying to décide what to order from the menu....But he was in such a hurry that he asked that I go to the back of the line if I was not ready to order.... the actual reason is that he was not interested in my questions about the menu.In my hot-dog, I wanted extra pickels, but apparently employes have received instructions.... as she did not want to put more than two, shaking her head 'NO' at me... I insisted that I wanted 4 and had to ask 3 times to be well served. This is the short version of my in store experience, my full statement was made at corporate level as I was humiliated, ridiculized and laughedat in the face by the store owner, after 2 days, I have not yet come around with this experience, still shaken up.

DisappointedDrink was completely full of ice and was 3/4 filled with pepsi. Was asked to pay extra for garlic mayo to dip onion rings(every other harveys Ive been to would gladly serve some)

Service could be more friendly, but overall the food was up to par and service was quick, the place is clean and respects the safety measures for the pandemic.

I've had many bad experiences at this location so it's about time I write a review. I came today to place an order inside and I was shocked to see that the employee working at the drive through was taking orders , touching money and giving change while wearing gloves, then goes to touch the burgers with the same gloves shes wearing after having touching the cash registry and cash money. Completely disgusting. I told the manager that was there at the time and he asked her to wash her hands but it doesnt fix the problem. Theres a big risk to contaminate people and a big risk spreading the covid virus because who knows what bacteria there is on the money. I wont be ordering food from this location anymore.
