I understand finding staff is difficult so this location has plenty of new employees where it is there first job clearly but despite some its faults and the occasional mistake this place is affordable and a great place to pick up a burger.Some of these low reviews are unwarranted, if they make a mistake just politely let an employee know kindly.

Best fast food chain in the area prices aren't too bad and the location is great. They also have a drive through but the lines of cars do get long pretty often.

Horrible experience! They Never follow their online schedule . Closes 30 minutes before their actual time of closing according to their hours of operation … traveled 20km for nothing thanks a lot! Go to Harvey’s on St Martin instead at least they follow their schedule and very nice respectful staff and quick with orders!

I always liked Harvey's as the best tasting fast food, but this time I went there were no trays, the soft drink dispenser was not functioning and the floors were sticky. A terrible experience, I will definitely not go back to this particular Harvey's.

If I could give no stars, I would.I’ve been going to this Harver’s on St Dorothee for while now but this one takes the cake.I went to get food for my kids yesterday at the Harvery’s at St Dorothee and noticed that I was missing my daughter’s nuggets. I tried to call to notify them but since they didn’t answer after about 5 calls letting it ring for minutes everytime, I decided to let go for the day.Today, I went back to Havery’s physically to get a refund for my daughter’s missing meal. When I got to the drive through, I spoke with supposedly Manager’s son, which also worked there, and when I explained that I tried to call yesterday he said “we don’t pay our employees to answer the phone”. Although I wondered why would a business have a phone if it’s not to answer it. I didn’t want to argue and proceesed to explain what happened yesterday as well as requesting that I get refunded and compensated. He then laughed at my face and said “I’ve never had anyone request that before and makes me think that what you’re telling me is true?”Although I did get refunded after all these unecessary comments and laughters, I am extremely disappointed in this employee’s service. After reading some of the reviews, which I think he should do himself, I come to understand that this is completely normal when it comes to this location.I NO NOT recommend this location to anyone who would like to have their orders done right. I understand that mistakes happen, but indirectly calling a customer a lier as well laughing at customer’s face is not one of them.

the worst burgers I've ever tasted, burnt bread, dry meat and no flavor, they didn't put anything I ordered on the hamburger, I ordered two drinks and they tasted rotten and a little chlorine, in conclusion the worst thing I've ever tasted -5 stars

Very Smokey, unable to eat there in the past 3 weeks. Something is wrong with the ventilation. Thick blue smoke in the restaurant causes my eyes to water. Shame because we enjoyed the vegetarian burgers.

Very bad experience, don't know how they serve cold food to client, food was all cold fries, onions ring. Can't believe Very thing was cold , I just want to infrom that food was not free ,we Pay money for the food . Pls try to take time and coach the team who works for Hervey. So they can serve some hot food.

It was 8pm on a saturday. After 5 minutes of waiting for someone to serve me at the drive thru, I decide to check inside. In store and online it says open and there are 3 families eating inside, but the doors were locked. After 2 minutes of knocking, the staff says it's closed. Meanwhile other cars are pilling up in the drive thru waiting to be served. Poor management.
