Service: 4/5 our waitress was very niceFOOD:Calamary plate was alright, not the best. Wouldn’t re-orderPasta, which was okay but chicken tasted flavourless and unfrozen chicken. Gave me a stomach ache straight after eating this.Music was way too loud, couldn’t even hear each other across the tableOverall, would not come back.Do not recommend.

The pizza was horrible! Dry, tasteless, and hard. If you want drinks though, this is a good place.

Came in on a Monday Night. The place was not full but the service was slow to take our order and even slower to pay for our bill.We shared a Carnivora Pizza, Ceasar salad, and a chocolate Rocher cake. The pizza was ok. The salad was not great. The Cake was Very Good.Very busy vibe. The place was clean and the fire oven is visible from the dinning area (super cool — you can see them make your pizza)

Ordered fried calamari and shrimp and even though they are frozen, they shouldn’t be that bland in taste! The pizzas took over an hour from when we ordered them to when they arrived. A pizza shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to put together and a couple of minutes in a hot pizza oven! Even if you’re busy, the least you can do it prioritize the kid’s order so he’s not waiting for an hour to eat.. in summary, average food and below average service.. it’s also sad to waiters and staff better dressed than the restaurant manager who looked lost and confused most of the time just like the staff that repeatedly brought us food ordered by another table..I left a $10 tip which I know is under the normal 15% but what they should understand is tipping is for exceptional service not for receiving your food an hour later! The waiter came back to the table and said he noticed I didn’t tip a lot which reflects I wasn’t happy with the service and I said off course I’m not but I don’t blame him, I blame the management for understaffing and underpaying them

It is really the worst experience. We ordered two spaghetti for kids, one of them was full of black pieces which we thought it's herbs but when I tasted it, it was burnt spaghetti with awful taste. When I paid he asked for tips, so I let him know that everything was bad, we asked for ketchup and no body brought it. He told me you can take dessert for your 2 kids, I waited for dessert it was one piece of cake for 2 children, so I returned it and I felt humiliated, and I already paid for two kids meals. The pizza was also almost burnt with a little cheese. Bad food and bad staff. I want to meet the manager but also he was busy, it seems they don't care about their work. When you pay 85$ for 2 adults and 2 kids, at least you deserve something better. Not recommended at all.

We went for a girls night out and this place was awful. The daiquiris and margueritas tasted like super sweet juice, no alcohol tasted. We ordered pasta dishes, the servings were small. They did not come around to offer Parmesan cheese or pepper. No bread or anything served before the meal. The waiter never came around to refill our water glasses or ask how our meal was after it was served. And for all this, it was very pricy. I will never go back. Not sure how they stay open tbh.

After my experience tonight, I would not recommend this restaurant to any young families with young children/babies to visit this place. It was so bad that right after we left, my wife called the restaurant back to voice our opinions directly with the manager. We had just finished our meal and were getting ready to leave the restaurant after paying. Prior to us getting our food, we had given a small cookie to our baby to eat, which eventually fell on the floor without us noticing. At the point where we were dressing our baby to leave the restaurant, the manager had came in between us to pick up the cookie in our faces as if to show us that we made a “mess.” It was clear to see his frustration and he wanted us to notice to send us a message indirectly. We perceived it as an extremely rude action as he could’ve easily waited for us to leave the table to pick up the cookie as waiters normally do to clean the table for the next guests. This is unacceptable. We felt as if we were not welcomed here. Even as we walked out, he was standing at the entrance and did not say a word to us as opposed to thanking other customers for coming. To add more to this evening, as soon as I sat at the table, a family next to our table had just left. There was a mess on the floor and the manager brought waiters to show them the mess and he ordered them in such an angry and disrespectful tone to clean it. It was hard to watch these young waiters being told off like that. There is a way to speak to your employees respectfully. The food overall was great and we have been coming to this location for years. This was the first time coming back here since the pandemic. We surely will never come back here after this experience. I have never felt such disrespect from a restaurant. This manager needs to stay away from customers as much as possible, requires a crash course on customer service and also requires a crash course on how to treat employees.

Food is good even though the menu has changed. I found the carnivore pizza a bit overloaded and too moist in the middle. Other than that taste was good.

My experience here with their service and food were satisfying. Food met my expectations. I went there twice so far.

Although the prices are a bit more on the expensive side, the portions are fairly generous so it does compensate a bit. The food itself was great. I had the veal shank, which was 40$, which had great flavours. I really enjoyed the sauce they served with the meat. The meat was also tender and just the right amount of fat. My favourite part was definitely the bone marrow included in the pieces. Those few bites were so flavourful and delicious. However, some cuts were a bit dry on the inside. The fries and vegetables that came with it was a bit too basic, which was a big contrast from the meat. The service was alright, nothing special. It felt that our waiters were trying to rush through everything, which was understandable because the restaurants was completely filled with customers. The music was a bit too loud to my likings, which ruins the atmosphere a bit but the interior decor and the cleanliness was enjoyable. Especially the big counter behind where they work makes the restaurant look very fancy. Also the enormous oven showing us the pizza getting cooked, that just gets our appetite going.
