Terrible food quality. The fish and chips was dry and terrible. The smoke meat plate barely had any meat. I was very disappointed as this location was nothing like the downtown location. I will not be eating here again.

Went there on a sunday afternoon, was basically empty so it was very easy to find a table for 5 people without reservations. The service was friendly, and the food xam quite fast and each plate came almost at the same time.Smoked meat: The medium fat smoke meat is very good, moist enough, well seasonned with the black pepper, and they have a very good pickle. Their fries are the basic soggy and oily fries.Chicken burgers: The chicken in their burger is crispy but there's more breading than actual chicken, so a bit disappointing. But they take care to toast their buns properly. They burnt my friend's buns though.Overall good experience, too much food to finish so for healthy eaters, this is a very good place to get some good food and a lot of food for an appropriate price.
Absolutely love the diner concept of the states and how it's brought up to Quebec. Their smoked meats are bomb, their poutines are sooo delicious. The tex mex one is a real charmer for me. I went later at night and the waiter was still very kind and brought me everything I needed with a good energy! Very good spot to eat!
Found this close to our hotel. Had to try their Montreal Smoked Meat since we are here (Laval is close enough, right?). Wasn't too busy and we were seated promptly. Had a good family restaurant feel to and was very causal and comfortable. We ordered the Smoked Meat Bagel and the Club Smoked Meat. Our food arrived in decent time and looked great, and it was. The only complaint is that the bagel was too small for all the meat on it and was a challenge to hold and eat. But yes their smoked meat is great. It was good enough that we ordered delivery after the show to our hotel and it arrived in 15 minutes. So good...highly recommend
The service is a bit lacking. We got seated and ordered our food and still no water was served to us. Usually it's the first thing that is done after seating the customers and given the menu.The smoke meat sandwich (Reuben and big combo) were delicious. The cabbage salad and pickle was what we needed with it. The fries I found a bit bland but with ketchup everything is ok. The smoke meat poutine was very good and hot enough so the cheese can melt. The fried rice was okay/good but very oily. The rice was glistening with it and it doesn't taste much else than soy sauce and well the smoke meat I guess.Overall, I recommend the smoke meat sandwiched and poutine. The fried rice is not bad just not as good. And the ambiance was very nice. We enjoyed our night.
Great Food! Great Service & Ambience! Great Prices! The food was exceptional and the staff here was very friendly and treated everyone with respect and all had smiles on their faces. My waiter , I believe his name is Greg according to the receipt was one of the best waiters I’ve had in years. He was exquisite in making sure everything was okay and had a very friendly attitude and made sure me and my friends were taken care of in ensuring the food came on time. I will definitely be coming here again!
Went for pickup. Customer service was outstanding in the store. Ordered a smoked meat sandwich plate. Generous portion of fries, coleslaw salad could be a little bigger, and the smoked meat was ok but hard to pull apart. My other guests seemed to enjoy their combo plates very much
Really spacious restaurant with incredible smoked meat! We had the smoked meat plate! In my opinion, this place is the best in Montreal/Laval
