I prefer coming to this Dairy Queen because it's an actual store but no more. I just paid $20 for 4 melted blizzards. We had to toss them in the garbage. Also, the store has no AC and the chairs are all stacked up covid red zone style even though we just entered the green zone.
Just went to Dairy Queen and had the worst experience of my life.. never have I ever experienced this kind of behavior from any other dairy queen or even any other restaurant. He kept refusing to write congratulations on my cake. He said it would smudge even though I said I got the same thing from another dairy queen yesterday and it was fine. I also said even if it did smudge its okay.. but this guy was so rude even his colleague noticed it. He refused to give me his name after paying, He told his colleague in french " Est ce que elle est folle ? " ( I told him " Je comprends très bien qu'est-ce que tu as dit ?" )I only told him to be nice to his costumers and he says he is the manager and that's how he talks and also told me to get out of the store.Never ever going to them again specifically to this specific location. The worst customer service.

Typical Dairy Queen with good parking and near a park. The banana split was great. The soft icecream is as expected.
For quality of icecream, standard DQStaff get things done right.Places is clean.Open all year round!!!!
I'm not one to complain usually but, only 4 people allowed in the location when the floor has markings for more clients. Also had a egift card which they didnt want to honor, something about it being in U.S funds which it clearly indicated Canadian. Not impressed.
