Listen, we all know BK is not where it used to be, but I wanted to mention something important, I e been to this place in the past, it was falling behind with competition, but after today’s visit, I changed my mind, a manager always breaks it or makes it, the manager at the store, which I couldn’t catch her name , although she had the name tag on her chest. I totally missed it, to the manager, thank you for serving us today, I’m 45 years old, I’ve been to too many BK’s in my life, you truly stand out from the crowd, you truly define customer service and taking care of business, that extra 1$ or so, cheese that I forgot to add on and wanted it after my order, which would break you but prices that you care , made me put 5 star, our order wasn’t a small order, yes you could have absolutely charged for that cheese, you chose not to, BK still lives people, give this place a try once again. You won’t regret it. For a quick bite.
I love burger king! I usually go to the one on decarie but we decided to stop here as my kids wanted to and we were close to this location.But never again! We all got so sick and threw up 5 mins after leaving the place. There was abt 4 ppl and food was cold. Maybe we got something that was sitting there for a wgile..dont know?♀️
We had a really big order and we used coupons. Usually that means chaos. Not tonight. There was a young lady getting trained, Alyson, who was on track. She was very helpful and managed to keep order in order. The manager answered our allergy questions efficiently as well. Good job!
You are very lucky if you get the employee with scales tattoos on his arm , he is incredible, sweet soft-spoken and derserves a promotion.

Worst fried chicken burger experience. Totally disgusting!!! The fried chicken burgers were extremely salty and bitter. Unless you are not afraid to have hypertension, I highly don't recommend!!! This is basically something I wouldn't even give to an animal. So salty and bitter!!! Next time I will remember that this fast food chain is no match to others because of quality and freshness issues. Don't buy from them, it is not worst it!!!
Went through the drive through for a snack with my mom. Was very pleased to get hot fries, but unfortunately our two orders of mozzarella sticks were cold -.-Hoped that for the price of them now; that they'd be hot, cheesy and fun... that wasn't the case :/
In my teens, many moons ago (25 ish years), Burger King was our go to place. Fast forward a few decades, today was the first time I've had BK in about 15 years. Ultimately, I can't lie, the food was incredibly salty (I never add salt to recipes) and I really didn't enjoy it. But my 5 star review is for their staff. Absolutely AMAZING service!!! I'm a restaurant worker and I "scrutinize " service...
Very poor quality missing items inside the whoper burger which is burger kings most famous sandwich unacceptable
