This used to be one of best pizzas in the Montreal area, I used to be a regular pre-pandemic.I went last Saturday evening and sadly I was disappointed after getting 2 out of 3 pizzas in a barely edible state: a focaccia that wasn't a focaccia, just thing crust so dry and hard that even my 8 year old could not pass.My wife got a pizza with very undercooked vegetables, they could not be eaten. She let the server know and was offered another plate but she'll needed to wait at least 15 more minutes, she refused but still we got charged the full price. On the positive note the fried calamari and polpettas (meatballs) were good, ambiance was ok, the restaurant was packed.I think this lack of quality cannot be accepted from a place that used to be consistently good preparing napolitan style pizzas.I won't be returning to the Laval location in the foreseeable future.
Great wood oven pizza ? and great gelato ?. Friendly and fast service. Classy atmosphere. Not short of wine ? selections.
Overall, delicious pizzas! Their dough is honestly fantastic and cooked to perfection! I was very impressed with their Calzone and Capricciosa (the later was my favorite). Their lamb's "lolipop" is slightly expensive but is definitely worth trying it. It would have been a 5 out of 5 if their Margherita pizza wasn't such a let down. It only had 2 leafs of basil, it was honestly lacking compared to the other pizzas I had experienced tonight. They also forgot to include any spicy oil/chili despite my request, oh well..
I want to bottega for the first time for a work party and it was hands thé thé best Italian restaurant I’ve been too!The staff was very friendly in answering my questions, telling me about the lastest specials and really knew the menu well!I recommended literally a lot of things on the menu especially the lamp piece which is 10/10 juicy The portions are decently sized to really enjoy a appetizer, main dish and desert for a good fair price for the quality you are recieving.10/10
Love the mushroom and egg pizza and arugula and mushroom pizza and gelato

Steep prices, but you pay for what you get: amazing fresh and creative food, wood fire pizzas, superb service provided by knowledgeable smiling and cheerful waitresses, and a very cozy ambiance despite the open concept of the dining room. A must in the otherwise bland Laval food area around cineplex/centre Laval.
Food is delicious and fresh, bread at the table was amazing! I just find it hard to accept restaurants that charge extra for things like:Marinara sauce for the calamari (an extra 1.50$ on top of the already steep price of 15.00$)The quality is there but the little things matter most in a restaurant experience
I love this place.. best place for a pizza and wine ?
Pizza amazing
