I decided to put one star because as a family we love to go to Boston pizza but the service here is very bad as we came in we spoke English and we received a menu in French.Then it took 20 minutes for someone to offer something to drink.And our 4 year old love getting the Colors it keeps him busy until the food get to the table.

The fries are delicious, pizza is good, but the service was bad, the madam was rude for no reason.I arrived and she didn't say hello back to me, asked her a question and she ignored me i had to ask again if there was ketchup in my take-out order, she just said no. I asked her politely for ketchup and mayonnaise for my fries, she said nothing and went backstore and came back with 2 small ketchups and no mayo, i had to ask her again. wished her a good day anyway, she didn't reply.I dont get why she was that rude with me, i surely dont feel like going back there.

Food is hit or miss, some items are not fresh but some are okay. Service is very slow they and they never fill your water up.
Been here in the last couple of weeks, service was great, we had English folks with us and French and we were served in both languages without any issues.Thank you for a great experience.
Don’t come here if you only speak english, they don’t want to serve you in english constantly being spoken to in french even tho the waiter clearly spoke english . Extremly rudeeeee definatly not a place to eat with people out of town.
Pasta and pizza ($30 for a 15”) are overpriced. We were in a pinch for time so had no other choice, but there’s definitely better option in the area.
I like Boston pizza food but this place is absolutely disgusting ? ordered a pecan salad at this location and it was the worst… salad was probably made a week before tomatoes looked smelled rotten cucumber looked like it was boiled chicken was dried out and old lettuce wiltedAbsolutely the worst salad ever
