We like to have family dinners here. They accommodate big groups. Food is always great. The staff from the girl who answers the phone to the bus boys to the waiters are always polite, friendly and helpful. I modt definitely recommend this restaurant.

A dear friend took me to this restaurant for my birthday. Food was delicious, every bit of it.
I am not one to usually leave bad reviews or complain a lot but this was a horrible experience. Even though we had a reservation (scheduled a week ahead of time), they made us wait OUTSIDE for 48 mins before seating us (this is not counting the time we waited for before our actual reservation..about an extra 15 mins) . They did not even have the courtesy to let us know how long the wait would be or to call us ahead of time and let us know it would take longer to get our tables. We had a reservation for 16 people. Our guests could not all stay because of the long delay. This was supposed to be a surprise birthday party, so we had ballon arrangements and other things to setup once inside (we were told that we could show up 15 mins before our reservation to set everything up and that the tables would already be ready) we had also been told by the hostess we would have the birthday cake on the house instead of having to pay for it and that she had confirmed this with the management, but once it came they did not do so and said they do not have a manager, they only have a boss and will not disturb him for something like this. We still chose to look at the bright side and try to enjoy ourselves. However, once the food arrives at our table, it was horrible, it was not properly cooked and definitely not worth the price, the water tasted really disgusting ( like sewers smell..) and to top it off, we were given 2 broken high chairs for toddlers and when asked to change them, we were handed other broken ones. The bathrooms were disgusting, they had toilet paper all over the floor and the garbage were overflowing, it was as if it had not been cleaned in over a week. The only good thing was our waiter, he was super nice and did his best to accommodate us even though nothing was really going well. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will definitely never go there again.
It was my first time there, it is normal not wow. I went with my family, yesterday for the Easter, food was 50% ok, portions are so little compared the price, my daughter choose the filet minion, she was so hungry so she ate 3/4 of the tiny piece. Started to feel stomach pain, I ate the rest and today we both have a diarrhea and stomach pain. I told the waiter that the meat was not fresh and has a bitter taste.. not recommended for your health. I’ll not go there again.
If you are gluten intolerance celiac do not go there go to ottavio 99% safe at v.d. they have gluten free chart but don't guarentee anything cross contamination even the salad.
Really good food! Portions are generous and should be able to fill anyone fully. Considering the amount of food in a single plate and the quality of food, prices are really good! One of my favorites.
