Poor Service. Ver poor behaviour in talking to customers. They yell at you in their native language.Plus, poor sanitation. Dont go here. Youu can multiple other alternative Amir locations

I have ate at this place in the past, all was good. Recently I ordered and thought it would be good to give it a try again but that was a pure mistake. I could clearly see that the salad in my sandwich was probably sitting there for a day at least since the colour was not even green anymore and personally don't know how could you serve your customers with that and overall was not good :/ I am disappointed and at this point I will never ever recommend this place to anyone.

We came here around March 2021. Their food was a lot. One of the issues was that one of their employees had a difficult time communicating in English. They almost got our order wrong. They should get on that A.S.A.P. Other than that ,their mixed Shawarma plate was delicious and it was a lot of food. I would definitely come back in the near future if the customer service is right.

NOUVELLE ADMINISTRATION POURRIT 1/10This new administration does not wear masks. I walked in there and only 1 guy was being respectful of people who might have health issues, the other person there completely maskless.I was there the week before and the guy who took my order not only rushed me, but was an utterly rude to the young teenager cashier — granted, she wasn’t very fast and needed to be empowered to speak out louder and maybe be faster, but this dude runs to the register practically pushes her aside and punches my order, puts it in the payment machine and bags it up, all the whilst making this girl visibly uncomfortable and backed into the corner of her cash register area.Great empowering of your employees and enticing them to improve by making them feel incompetent and doing their job for them. Why even have a cashier at that point?The mask ordeal was just cherry on top; it’s decided, this new administration is not necessarily a change for the better.
