Always quality in their food sometimes the service is a bit slow and not the same quality but I still love to go for the food quality. Mozza trio with the sweet patatoe fries and a root beer(would be a great first meal over there)
Staff was really kind and helpful but imagine waiting for your order for 45 minutes and kept getting an answer that they are short staff. It's understandable but it's not something for me to know about. Best part the order that I made was handed over in the drive thru while I was waiting inside the store placed my order and waited. 15 vehicles passed by I still hadn't received what I ordered.
Very satisfied with manager training. Ahe was nice polite and very efficient. Even if the aw app has issues she quickly new how to work around and make it fast and simple solutions to get my order right and in time. All with a smile and made me feel good. Very Rare our days...
Worst service of any fast food in the area. Too bad I can't give zero stars. Service is consistently horrendous. I've rarely seen such slow and lazy employees. There seems to be enough staff members but none seem to know what to do with themselves resulting in clients waiting way too long for service, even though there are only two clients in the place. In recent weeks myhusband and I have left the car in your parking and walked to McDo instead....that speaks volumes. Go elsewhere....
One of the best services Ive gotten in a fast food restaurant, the cashier spoke very clearly and understood the menu. They do dine in with cold root beers too.Best of all, they made my lettuce wrap burger perfectly! I highly recommend trying it whether you're gluten free or not, their lettuce is perfect and it reduces the calories by a lot and let's you fully taste the quality of A&W meat
Avoid this place at night. Only 2-3 employees barely any customers but its been over 20 minutes waitong in the drive thru. Very slow drive thru. No dine in. They need to hire more competent employees.Finally got my order after 42 mins
Horrible. Long wait time at drive through. When we got to the window loud rap music was blaring from inside the restaurant. It was so loud that we heard the lyrics to "soldja boy" clearly inside our car with the windows closed. Fast forward a couple of minutes, the burgers came (cold). Then we were asked to wait on the side for the fries and apple turnovers. Wait 8 minutes, finally get the rest of the order.Get home, they served us raspberry turnovers.. not apple.All in all, horrible service and the food sucked.
Horrible service by a very unprofessional group of young men. While waiting for my food and they were behaving so unprofessionally that upon receiving my meal I couldn’t even bring myself to eat it. The way they behaved made it clear they had no respect for their clients or themselves for that matter and I personally would not trust food prepared by them.I am so grossed out and I really don’t know if I’ll be able to eat at another A&W again. What a waste of money.
Figured I'd grab some late dinner and got in line for drive through. There were many cars and we moved up by maybe one car in 15 min so I drove away because I wasn't going to wait over an hour and a half for a burger. Service there keeps getting worse and worse
