service en français inexistant!? les livreurs Uber ou Skip passent avant les clients sur place. Pas de service à l'auto ce soir et pas de poulet grillé également. La propreté de la salle à manger est à revoir. 35$ pour 3 combos $$$

There aren't many locations on the island but I've been to all of them and this one continues to be the worst. Staffed by kids who spend more time socializing than working and run by a manager who is always listening to music. There are always long lines and wait times (inside and out). The last time I was here, I placed an order for chili and fries. After waiting approx. 25 minutes for my order, I was told that they don't even have chili. As I waited for my refund, an angry customer came in saying his food was cold after waiting a long time in the drive-thu. The manager didn't care or even look at him. Just go to McDonald's or A&W down the street, you'll be much happier!

Today I give up on this place. 45 minutes and they haven't even given the poor courier who is out in -30 the burgers.I'm sorry Gurdeep it's not your fault but I am never ordering off Skip again and this is the one that did itI agree with the prolific Ernest Hemingway, this is a bad Wendy's.

past few times the food was cold, soggy fries. Had to return it last time. Went a few days ago and was the only one in line and waited over 4 minutes and still no service - so i walked out. won't be going back again.

Very good place for food, tastes good and never fails an order. However the service is not the best, drive-thru always has a long file and takes so long. Kinda frustrating to wait in your car for so long when you see staff on their phones.

Used to be good. Now... not so much. I finish work late, store is open until 11pm. It is 10:30, so sure, some stuff is shut down already, I get it.But when I get to the cash to order, I am told that they are only open for delivery orders. Seriously? Never before had I been told something like that. There were no other customers in the store, just staff.As an aside, ordering through Uber or Skip results in cold food, warm drinks, undercooked chicken burgers on occasion, and/or missing/wrong items.Used to eat from here regularly... not any longer.

Worst Wendys and fast food experience EVER! It's a complete mess. Order is wrong everytime, burger is 50% raw everytime, always wait forever. No idea why quality control is so bad. Avoid this wendys location at all costs.

I ordered on Uber, got the wrong order. Traveled to their restaurant for it to be changed, manager takes my order, takes a good 10 mins before giving me news. Tells me he will redo my order, prints it from the Uber tablet, and gives it to the staff. Turns out he had the wrong Alex order, so I waited another 20 mins for nothing. After checking and checking again with the 2nd manager, they finally found my order was not correctly punched in by the cashier so they did my order, the right one this time, once again, another 15 mins, and they did not give me any form of compensation for all the problems we encountered.

It was good, my food was served hot although there was a long line, but it doesn't matter me. The workers there did a good job ? ?

Forgotten items.. Just a reminder to always check your bags before leaving cause I didn't..
