My wife and I stopped for a take out yesterday.I have to say, this restaurant is very good.Service was friendly and I will say 'caring'.The waitress was serving us water while we were waiting for our order.The food was amazing. I ordered the lamb and cabbage. It is to die for. Serving was big enough for 2 adults and it was sooooo tasty.Manti was good, however, I knind of prefer homemade by my wife. I will note though they use lamb in thier manti, not minced pork.One downside, I really was looking forward to Lamb Kabobs. They had none available. Oh well, gives me a reason to return. :)To the employess and owner, I say your have a gem of a restaurant and I wish you all the success.See you next weekend.
Great cuisine if you are out to try something different! This culture has had many hardships and is still doing their best to survive. I was happy to find this spot and support, especially with the AmaZing friendly and caring family as their service was great and very accomodating to whatever our needs were. They have lunch specials and a variety of dishes to choose from. Definitely worth the try and supporting a local business.
Ordered Lahman. The home made noodle with fried lamb and vegetables. Very delicious, lamb is soft and vegetables are well cooked. Juicy vegetables soup mixed with chewy noodles makes it so tasty. Definitely will come again.
It’s quite good! The noodles were fresh, chewy and tasty. Egg with fungus was amazing! I also liked the sticky rice dish. I second the comment of someone else though, that they are sometimes out of ingredients. One star was taken off because the rice was a bit salty and the food was a bit cold when coming.
My family and i were looking for a spot to eat since we were visiting from Ottawa, we found this restaurant. Honestly such amazing food and had the tastiest noodles ever. I’m back home now and miss the taste of the food. The owner was so friendly and the girl working the front ( his daughter) was so sweet and attentive. My whole family had such a great experience and this place is so worth visiting. It’s a great spot and with great food and owners. Will definitely be coming back to montreal to eat here again.
The portion is more than generous. Very authentic Uyghur food, love the lamb kebab and yellow noodles. Worth taking metro from downtown. Chinese people who love“烤羊肉串” need give it a shot!
Had savoury noodles and manta. Was really good. Good to support the Uyghur people too ?
This place was really good.. service was a bit slow though. For one of the dishes we selected we called in the order before going to the restaurant because it takes around 45 min to prepare. I really love the food here, it’s very comforting food during the winter, and I would definitely come back again!
