Slower than other Tims I've been too. The line reaches the street often. It can take up to 25mins in drive thru.And I have personally seen 3 angry customers getting into fights inside, it can be frustrating to wait 25mins for a cup of coffee...
Ok but a huge car lineup ... Its clean and people are nice... But somehow they close at 7pm during covid and never advertised it on google maps...which is bad.

Very frequently forget something with my orders (usually the doughnut). New paper cups leak on occasion. Oddly pricing is different (higher) than at the Tim Hortons on Dollard and the 20 so I just avoid this location. Staff is friendly and prompt, food is fresh and tasty but charging more and forgetting items is unforgivable.Returned with my receipt on my next visit and was told it had been to long to get my missing item (just 1 doughnut)...
Been at the drive thru for 25mins and I still haven't ordered. Badly managed Tim's. Won't be coming back anymore. Edit: it's been 40mins still stuck in the drive thru and we cant LEAVE. WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD
I go here everyday. The staff are very friendly. They are exactly what one would expect from a Canadian tradition.

Keeping the walk in closed by saying shortage of employees .. driveway supper slow .
Consistently great coffee at this location but on weekends expect ridiculous -- l o n g -- wait times at the drive thru .
