Got through uber eats. They screwed up our order with someone else's. The toast was burned until it was black, and the sour cream glazed bagel barely had any glaze on it (its was drizzled lightly). This timmies definitely needs to step it up.

This is my experience with an Uber eats delivery I got from them. Asked for 2 potatoes wedges but got only one and it was undercooked. The buffalo chicken wrap was wrong. Supposed to be made with regular chicken but got crispy chicken and it didn’t have the pickles. Employees obviously missing some training. Also got so long to be prepared. The driver was waiting there for a long time! Also when ordering the wrap if I wanted to remove pickles it was charging me EXTRA! This restaurant needs to step up their game!
Lacking in asking vaxicode proof for those sitting in restaurant. Staff isn't strick regarding clients with no mask. Staff can't even follow protocol.
How they screw a London Fog... By doing it wrong: Coffee + Earl Grey tea. If employees don't know how to do the beverages on the menu, you should remove those beverages from it.

Served old coffee even after telling her the client in front of me asked for fresh coffee and they were making it. I don't blame the employees as there were only one working and another was more focused on deliveries..
