I've worked in the food industry for over 15 years and also own a fast food restaurant and I must say that my experience today was one of the worst I've ever had. For 6 pieces of sushi I waited over 25 minutes and had to watch 5 different clients receive over 40 pieces of sushi before even realizing my order. Even getting to my order to then have my food order incomplete to wait again.It baffles my mind how 3 people working with experience could have receipts of the orders and not follow them in their appropriate order with no apology for the wait or anything. This is sadly the 2nd incident I had at this location and it saddens me that they have not improved. I and all the international students that I take care sadly will never go to another sushi shop in the future.
The food was fresh. The rice was fresh and moist. Overall, I was full after my meal. The staff was not very friendly but it didn't really matter because there is no dine in service right now.
Terrible Service, The cashier Daniel had very negative attitude and didn’t want to help me at all. I placed an order online and paid but when I got there he said it didn’t go through the system even tho I had the confirmation email and money was taken out my account. He told me to call his supervisor but didn’t have the number and refused me service. I called my bank and waiting to see now. Horrible service and attitude. Will not be returning.
Customer service is terrible, didn't help us when the order didn't go through apparently. My bank account showed that they took the money for the food but it was cancelled for some reason. NEVER ordering from there. The man named Daniel was especially rude. His attitude was inconsiderate and lazy!
Good service. My girls love the sushi! Got a bunch for my 8 year old's bday!

Much better than the other sushi shops nearby. Very fresh and generous. I always pick up or order via uber eats and I'm never let down!
Ordered sushi with specific allergy instructions, disregarded my allergy concern and fail to fix/refund their mistake. Put the shrimp right in the middle of the platter… probably cut all the pieces with the same knife too, threw out an overpriced platter.Edit: they sent me a message saying to please get in touch with them, sent that email 2+weeks ago, never replied, i guess its just for show to make bad reviews look good! Go to sushi victoria in lachine! Always respects allergies and super fresh!
So unhappy with this restaurant, we made an order at 17h15 it's now 19h00 and when I called they said the order hasn't even left the restaurant incredibly unprofessional. I called and spoke to someone and they said nothing we can do we are busy...over 2hrs??? Never again will we order from here so unhappy with the service. Not even an apology.
It wasn't as good as it uses to be. I'm not sure if it's due to covid or just having less quality items. I hope they get better quality items, until them I will not return.
