After I ordered my sub, they refused my coupon due to ''Covid''. There was no warning at the door or on the coupon. I dislike this business practice, it's not ethical to use Covid as an excuse... it's sad because many people suffered form Covid and some businesses use it to DENY valid coupons.
They had 1 girl working but she was awesome

I walked into the store like my usual happy self and was greeted by a rude young lady named SAL thursday evening. She was practically ignoring me the whole time she was making my sandwich. Then when I asked " Are you ok? Are you in a bad mood or something? " She had the nerve to tell "Yes i'm in a bad mood!!" and proceeded to roll her eyes at me. Never have I ever been treated this way at a Subway food chain. Her attitude was disgraceful. I just kept my cool & exited. She's lucky im a pretty calm person. Any other person would have snapped....
The food is decent, and the staff are polite & professional.
The sandwich maker was very rude

Earlier they give me the sandwich which was so hard to eat & thn the person on shift deal wisely & replace my sub...thnks...happy with their services
