The waitress was rude, and was rushing as she could not wait to get me out of there. Poor service overall!!!
Customer service is adequate, however, you can easily tell that owners only care about cutting costs, thereby compromising on quality. On more than one occasion, I was served stale bread (clearly baked more than 1 day prior) and mushy tomatoes. They never offer swiss cheese, probably because it costs them the most out of all cheeses they offer. Finally, they do not follow the standard operating procedure when making a sandwich. For example, they are supposed to put 6 slices of tomatoes (they put 3-4), and they put way less meat than required by the SOP, all in the name of cutting costs. The only reason this deserves two stars and not one is because the employees are kind of nice. That said, the customer experience is subpar.
