Tasted a bit different from HK.
This location used to be great. Inflation has made the menu far more expensive than other fast food locations. And nowadays the name of the game is penny pinching. If you ask for any sauce or extra, you need to cough up extra money. This used to not be the case.
I ordered here from Uber eats, half of the food was missing, the rest was either cold or wrong never order from here!
Very bad quality of food. Cold, tasteless, soggy and totally having the potential of spoiling your mouth taste for few minutes. Not the first time. It's the second time we had this experience. Never gonna back here again.
A trulty ghetyo experience
DON’T GO THERE! The employees don’t know the prices and they WON’T REFUND you even if THEY made a mistake in your order. Also, don’t even expect them to apologize to you. I ordered a combo 4pcs and asked the cashier if there will be extra fees if I change the salad for more fries and she said no. After payment I saw that they still charged me on the receipt. I asked for an explanation and a refund, but all I got was “it’s not our fault”… not even an apology?
Went there Saturday at opening. Order lunch for me and my daughter. While waiting I saw the drink machine filthy. Aparently no one ever cleans it. After getting my lunch I noticed she gave me the mccrock. I ordered the double. Saw my receipt that she charged me for the regular one despite asking for the double. Before I found my receipt to verify I went to ask her if she could print my a copy of my receipt. She refused saying it's impossible. Having worked a long time in the fast food industry I know that claim is in doubt. I wouldn't go there again.

The people there don't care about you, lazy, unprofessional and lack of care. Not surprised.
NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!! We order through Uber eats twice over the last few weeks, both times the order was missing more than half the items. Uber was only authorized to give us $5 credit. PFK basically don't care, they give you what they feel like giving you. Horrible horrible horrible!! It was not even good the last time, it was obviously old chicken that was reheated for us. Our order was $150 each time and we missed at least $75 worth of our order.
