Aujourd’hui 23/02/22 je suis arrêté pour déjeuner stationne sorti pour aller à la salle à manger , j’ai tombé sur la chaussée glacée qui n’avait aucun déglaçant ou sable , j’ai apporté la situation à l’employé quand nous avons pris notre commande qu’il n’y avait à faire pour sécuriser les clients dans le dangereux stationnement , je lui ai répondu que c’était un McDo...
What a bad service. I amAn Uber driver and I wanted a cheese burger as I was working for 7 hours. They told me that I can only pick up Uber order but can’t get sandwich. It means what drivers can’t eat get anything is that fair?????? They cannot serve Uber drivers. What the Uber driver should take another round to pick up food and be late to deliver the food. He told me that’s the policy?? I got food from other McDonald’s they never refused. They have very bad service.
Definitely not going back there anymore, second time they mess up my order...I mean how hard is it to follow what's written on the order receipt!!
I've been to multiple McDonald's drive throughs in my life, and I gotta admit, this one ranks near the top. Surprisingly fast and fresh, I was honestly impressed that my McChicken was hot and crispy, and the staff was fast and super courteous and helpful. This one is easily my first choice, even if I need to drive for an extra 5 minutes or so. Finally, I found a fast food joint that supports our fading Canadian values.
I ordered 2 breakfast trios with 2 medium iced coffees and two extra hash browns. The order was correct on the screen. She handed me 2 trios with small iced coffees and no extra hash browns. I noticed the iced coffees first. She said "it comes with small" in an angry tone. Then she took back the iced coffees and started making them. At this point I called her back and said " I also ordered extra hash browns. I think you gave me the wrong order" she gave a very bad attitude and said "It's not on your bill, you will have to pay for them" I said could you check your receipts because the order was correct on the screen and I paid for them. She showed me the receipt for the order she handed to me very quickly and said " see they are not there" and then she charged me almost 5 bucks for the 2 hash browns. Only then did she bother looking at the receipts. I could tell by the look on her face that she found my receipt, but instead of fixing it she just gave me the extra hash browns and pretended like she was in the right. Everytime I go to this location there is an issue.
Do not order from doordash or Uber they cannot get the order right and you end up having to get it yourself! On top of paying delivery fees twice now my order is wrong and I end up having to go and get it myself on top of paying for delivery fees …??never again waste of money they didn’t even give me a fry to compensate
Systemically mess up orders. Something is always missing or wrong. I have never had an order from here correctly fulfilled.
Food quality is the same but I give 3 starts bcs they don't clean outdoors, tables really dirty and full of bees
Terrible service, asks for NO MEAT, says it 3 times and they put meat every single time, spoke to the manager and still didn’t change anything.That happened for as long as i remember. Very bad service and communication since they do not care about customers orders
Terrible terrible service... Went through the drive through, told us to move to the parking spots and they would bring us our order. Waited 45 minutes and never got it. Had to stand at the drive through window and tell them we were still waiting. They had to look back for it in the system and didn't find it. Finally got our order but was still missing stuff so had to go back.. Horrible.
