Ice cream machine never working. I ordered from uber eats and doordash many times if you ask for ketchup or mayonnaise it’s never there, very careless staff. Drive thru rude employees. Worst mcdonals.

Tell the person to improve your listning skills who takes the order may be the girls is in rush. If she dont have tym then fire her. Its second tym i am recieving wrong order

Ordered 4 Szechwan spicy burgers, that’s all the sauce and lettuce I got for all of them.Oh also, I got no dipping sauce for 20 pieces of chicken nuggets. Well done, really ;)

The worst customer service, they don’t know how to take orders.They are rude ,unfriendly management & they don’t even apologie,they will blame you for the mistake, Very bad service.I waited more then 25 minutes in a line for my order and they gave me very old Poutine & fries & they forgot my drinks.Don’t waste your time at this location

Anytime you go here and use the drive thru expect to be there for AT LEAST 30 minutes. Place is understaffed and by the time you get your food its cold. Fries are almost ALWAYS cold. Anyone who wants mcdonalds in Lasalle just go to Mcdees Champlain youll get way better service.

One of the worst McDonald's. Disrespectful, inaccurate order delivery (drive through). Happened three times in two months. Asked for no salt fries got two times with salt. Another time junior burger was missing. Realized after I got home...and then didn't have patience to go back and fight for it. Check your order always. Young workers has no manner how to talk to the customers.

Usually get orders wrong. Advertise a 15 min delivery time, but closer to 45min to an hour.Watch out when ordering drinks. They'll try to balance them out if you don't fill a tray, so they'll likely spill over everything during transport.

“I don’t have time to argue with you, just go back in the line” was what I heard.Ordered ahead on mobile app, Waited in Drive-thru lane for more than 30 minutes, and the person at the window says she doesn’t have my order, that I need to go back in the line. I clearly told her the order number at the speaker but she started talking to the person on the next lane so I thought she got our order. She started teaching us, asking ‘what does your app say?’ She then said ‘I don’t have time to argue with you, just go back in the line.’ I’m the one who pay for the service yet she starts being bossy. I am not expecting a 5 star hotel customer service at McDonald’s but this is way way worse than what it should be. Thanks for wasting my time. Never again.

Awful service. It takes forever to get our food, they always mess up our orders. - something is always missing or even we've been charged for things we never order. Food is usually cold and the fries are either undercooked or overcooked, theres no in between. Soda machines were FILTHY. Honestly, I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you wanna eat....the Mc Donald's on Champlain Blvd is way better.

Terrible service specifically the morning to afternoon staff manager(or she could be a regular staff too).Examples: Treats Uber drivers like dirt, "You can't stand here" well maybe if you actually called out your packaged orders then Uber drivers don't have to swarm the counter to get your attention. The orders are for your customers too just because they aren't in store doesn't mean they get the lowest priority.Always gets the orders wrong and this is not limited to Uber orders; I see customers complaining on a regular basis either missing items or just plain getting the wrong items.Long wait time, why does anyone need to wait 15 mins + for fast food? Manage your staff properly; Half of them are standing around doing nothing.Lastly, she's pretty rude to any customers in general. If she's not happy with her life, then change jobs don't take it out on the others.I made the observations over the past two months but didn't bother to leave a review until now.
