Im not sure if the management is aware at this Harvey's on Newman boulevard, Lasalle, that the fish in the burger is always overcooked, completely dry and difficult to chew. Literally no flake to it whatsoever! Horrible. It tastes really bad and also is served in a terrible bun which also tastes terrible.I had the same fish burger at Harvey's on decarie and jean talon and it was cooked to perfection. Light flaky fish with a lightly crisp breaded coating. The bun was also delicious.I tried to leave a message at Harvey's customer service but received no response at all.
Best place by far to enjoy a burger.It's my first time trying an angus burger and oh boy it won't be my last!Best part is you can dress your burger how you like.Staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean.I highly recommend chipotle on the angus is so good!!!
We ordered the onion rings. They served us soggy., not crispy. When we went back to change after 2-3 minutes , employee gave some unreasonable excuses like oil is not good, fryer works like this after evening etc. when we asked for change, she told it will same like this. We tried to return she asked put in garbage.I am really DISAPPOINTED with this behaviour. She told I have been working from 14 years and knows everything ☹️☹️☹️
We go to harveys quite often the service there is good and you get to put what you wont on your hamburger and you can even ask for extra pickles we will always go back
The previous week, I was eating out with a friend and could hardly hear a word they said because of how loud the music was. What was more bizarre was that the restaurant was nearly empty. Do millions of restaurant owners genuinely believe ppl come for the loud music and not the social time?
Great fresh burgers. Love the onion rings and poutines. Try the deluxe poutine! Only problem is? Did they shrink their burgers over time like all the other competitors!?
That lady was too rude , whoever was serving, she said she can’t garnish my poutine. other thing that guy was taking order don’t know how to redeem the point, I had more than $18 order. They said they can’t redeem it, like seriously.
Meh, it is what it is.The tattooed dude dressing my burger was super nice and very accommodating.Food sucked though, except the onion rings and mini Donuts.Burgers were aweful.
I enjoy this Harveys a lot. The owner is extremely understanding and polite as well as the employees. They are quite really hard working people there. Good job Harvey's!
I always liked their grilled burgers and onion rings. Efficient staff and a well maintained place.
