So I had originally given this location 4 stars a year ago since i had a few good experiences back then. I just went back a few days ago and was totally disappointed.The service was very slow and the place was only half full. I asked for the well done mashed potatoes which are usually very good with the crispy edges, these potatoes were wet and soggy, my sausages were under cooked, had a sour taste and had a mushy texture inside. Needless to say, I didn't eat most of my plate, I didn't want to get sick. I told the waitress and she was extremely apologetic and nice (even though it wasn't her fault, she's not the one cooking in the kitchen). And to boot, the table next to us complained of having flies in their food! I won't be coming back to this location for a while. I was thoroughly turned off. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the waitress. She was trying her best.
Bad service. I went here this afternoon and try to have lunch as usual. The front lady gave us a seat and then went away. I was trying to order food and the waitress was acting like they didn’t see us. if its super busy at the time, i will be happy to wait. But i see girls are chatting and serving other tables. We waited 10minutes for the waitress until we decided to leave. Really bad experience and a waste of time.
I find that the waitress (white blonde and dark framed glasses) is extremely rude. She asked us if we wanted to pack our food and we politely said no. She goes on in a very loud voice and speaks to me in my face, Ohh! You're going home and sleep? It was humiliating, she intimidates me. Just because I am not thr type of race you would like yo serve kindly and respectfully. Treat us all the same. Not just to your fellow blondes! ? food is still amazing but customer service is stupid and ugly
I have always been a frequent customer of this place but today was my worst experience ever. I decided to take my girls out for lunch and the waitress was so unprofessional, she was almost throwing the food on the table, no coffee refill, she didnt serve the soup or dessert that came with the main dish. She didnt even smile or ask us if everything was ok. You could clearly tell she hates her job and hates the customers. I dont think im coming back.Two stars only because was the food was delicious but the service was zero.
Came here for breakfast with my wife and was well take taken cared of by our waitress. After paying our bill and a casual discussion, we mentioned that it was nice to be out and celebrate a birthday. To my surprise, she came back with a Banana Waffle complete with a sparkler!! Thank you Veronica !! Very much appreciate you and your kindness!

Hostess at the entrance with the lipstick tatoo in the neck is on her cellphone when she seats us. I politely ask for a bench and she refuses to clean one. Says they're lacking staff. It's 2 o'clock. No rush, max 10 costumers. Totally disrespectful
Dont order smoothies, they taste like cheap juice/ syrup !
We were very happy, the Restaurant is very clean and well decorated, the manager in Charge and her staff (15.12.2021, approximately 12.00 O'clock) were very friendly and welcoming, the prices are suitable. Would happily come back again. Thank Mrs. Fatma
Omg delicieux Ils font les meilleurs patates pilées. Grosses portions. Nourriture frais et de qualitées. Première fois Samedi passé pris l'Ensoleille auj Burger steak. Mmmmm j'ai hâte de revenir. P.S le smoothie mangue est super bon et les serveuses sont très gentilles 5*
