I don't know why they never came to get the order. Waited and waited then finally I could order. They didn't come check if everything was ok or we would want to order more. After the meal, again, we had to wait so long. My friend talked to an employee, I went to the front to talk to someone to send us someone.We had so much time waiting for them that I calculated the total price and tax and prepared the money. Waiting for so long being disappointed by their service, I removed some tips.When this woman server was so upset somehow when she arrived to take the money for the foods. She didn't say neither sorry not thank you. Nothing. Just took the money being so angry and left. I wonder what kind of training the servers get. I didn't write the review for like 3 weeks but now I am doing it just because this way I can avoid this location in the future because I like Mike's restaurant.

Great service and good food. First visit to Gatineau. The staff greeted us in French and quickly realized I wasn't following it all and she switched to English. I spoke my limited French to the server who also spoke fluent English. They were welcoming and kind. The food was good and decent price too. Covid careful which made us happy.
Staff well aware of COVID 19 rules and vaccins passeport. Place clean and food is great and staff very curteous and friendly. I feel safe and would recommend to experience.
My favorite restaurant in Gatineau. The team is very friendly and polite. The food menu has a good variety. They used to make THE BEST French onion soup.. which “UNFORTUNATELY” they no longer make ?
The food is excellent! But i went on saturday the 7th. My waitress didn't seem to have her heart in it. She kept forgetting things. I was also watching the bus girl cleaning tables as we waited for our food wich took forever and i was disgusted how poor a job she did. We went back again the following day on Sunday. We were sat down and coffee was dripping from the table sides. It was all over the floor. I asked the waitress to clean it and she said she couldn't do anything about the floor. Instead of sitting down and have my new shoes sitting in dirty floor coffee i left to go eat next door at Cora!.
j'ai commandé un spaghetti avec sauce Bolognaise. J'ai plutôt reçu un spaghetti boeuf haché et tomate. Le boeuf haché était périmé et j'en suis certaine à 100%. La serveuse quand je lui ai mentionné , a simplement répond qu'ils en avaient servi toute la journée. Je lui ai dit d'y goûter...elle n'a jamais voulu y goûter.
