Ordered steak and egg. Realized when I got home I received an expensive bacon and egg sandwich.
Tim Hortons is my daily stop of the day I always go there but the treatment keep getting worse and worst. I waited 15 minutes even tho know that they don't treat me well if I could I will put 0 start and I am a 11 year old

As usual 20 minutes in line and when I get to the window to pick up my order (just a large dark roast coffee ) they tell me they're out of dark roast coffee and want to charge me more for a shot of espresso in it.... but I dont like their regular roast !!!They should tell you when you order that they are out of dark roast, instead they wait till you reach the window for pick up!!!One of these days it would be nice that the head office replies to all of these bad star ratings and get to work at finding solutions !!!
All the time they have what you want. Good supply and management,totally different and so much better compared with the one on the top of the hill where items many times are in short supply
99% order accuracy. Some of the morning staff are a little surly. All in all, a good Timmy Ho's.
Best Tim Hortons in Gatineau ! Drive thru can be busy in mornings ... but that's nothing but a good sign !.. coffee is always on point which I love !. Drive thru for the most part moves quickly.. Great service !. No if you had a drive thru problem blame the one I front that order 3 sandwiches in a drive thru .. go in you lazy ! Love this Tim Hortons keep up the great work guys !!!!!
Slow, uncoordinated staff. Disorganized and understaffed. Definitely needs a entire staff rehire. Staff is generally very unfriendly, no smiles, no positive emotion or vibes. Also it took around 7-8 minuets after I ordered to pour a black coffee. Will not return.
