Liked the service, way better than the Toronto GTA ones.
Drive was super slow on a sunday morning, went up to the window and there were three employees there, two of which on their phones scrolling, and the other one asking in the back for my order... Pretty disappointing
Unfortunately the service is wayyyyyy to slow regardless what time of day it is ?
Great service, the employees always treat my boyfriend and I with respect, most of them are billingual. GREAT coffee. I don‘t go to ANY where else for my coffee because theirs just can‘t be beaten ?♥️ great job guys thanks for being who you are!!!
Worst service in a Tim Hortons, they had Absolutely nothing on the menu was available
Not worth going to at night. They never have fresh donuts. And pawn off their stale timbits to unsuspecting customers.
Worst latté . Smelled bad. I need to get it to a lab and see if it's not poison. Anyone with a lab .please contact me this might save other for getting food poisoning.
A few as in 3 people for the drive-thru,to speed things up. 2 people for the counter for those who come in,all with friendly cheerful politeness! Heaven!
First time I went there they didn't put sugar in my coffee......
First of all,i ordered stepped tea and they give me a coffee which is i am having allergy for coffee and my heartbeat fast i have anxiety not good for me and employees nver explained they dnt have stepped tea instead of apologized they argued with me and one baker looking at for descrimination bcoz I am an asian he was looking at me from head to down,i thought they served me a tea and i didn’t taste yet not unless i was on top the bridge way to ottawa and since im living in Gatineau i had to go back the tim hortons where i bought a drink they questions to me,i had to go back from ottawa to gatineau just to bring back a drink i dnt like this service the employees who work that they dnt accept their mistake they giving me a wrong order and they argue instead admitted their mistake and not it means i went from ottawa and im not allowed to returned their wrong order wat they serve for me i just let them know i have an allergy for coffee!!
