This is the worst Tim's I have ever been to. They never get the order right and are extremely slow. They also never seem to have what is advertised on their menu. I will never go there again!
Very poor service, the employee at drive thru was very rude and un professional. Today, I ordered donuts. When the employee showed me the donut box to ensure that I was getting the right donuts. I noticed that the sour glazed donut ring lower half was missing ( as someone had taken a bite). When I complained and asked why is she serving a damaged donut she said it was just cut wrongly. I advised her if the donut is damaged then she should not be selling a damaged product She exhibited indifference to the situation and deliberately serving a damaged product.
I ordered a wrap (chicken habanero) and it was a lot shorter than at other Tim Horton locations. I have ordered this same wrap at many other Tim Hortons and it was always a reasonable size but here it was tiny. That's pretty deceiving for a 9$ wrap. Also I'm pretty sure he messed up and put the wrong sauce cause it didn't at all taste like it did at other Tim restaurants.
Worst Tim’s ever!!! Every single order always has something wrong or missing!!!! Once had hard plastic pieces in my wrap..returned it and was given another with plastic again…once again returned and told them to check all the ingredients they were using to make the wrap as obviously there was plastic in one of them..wasn’t even given an apology and made me feel like a nuisance!! Today….my habanero wrap without the best part….the SAUCE ??
Got the wrong order when I got to the window. Gave me the wrong food. Didn't reply when I said have a good day, they never said anything. Didn't even look at me when handing me my food. No receipt. Extremely slow.
Avoid rush hour. There is no quality control. The food will be rushed. The coffee was cold, and we had it replaced. Management has no clue what the kitchen is putting out. Pick up your game!
40 minute wait in the drive-through and they managed to even get the order wrong. When I went in to ask for the right order there was 3 other people who also waited in the drive-through forever and had problems with their orders.
They regularly mess up your order. Many times I was missing the baon on my Farmers Wrap with both bacon and sausage. Extra $1 wasted.
This has to be the most inconsistent Tim Hortons in all of Canada.The food is never right, if you want a bagel bring a container to hold all the excess cream cheese depending on who's working you'll end up with a literal pound of cream cheese on your bagel (not kidding I weighed it at home after I scraped it off the bagel it could have filled a philly container) Or the thinnest layer known to man.I've waited 30+ minutes in the drive through with 5 cars ahead of me. Last time my partner ordered online from this location we received 2 things of chocolate milk that were expired for more than a week. The " irresistible" sandwiches we ordered were supposed to have roast beef, cheese, crispy onion and spicy mayo. We received roast beef on a long sandwich bun with lettuce so wilted it stinks and tomatoes that were white, just gross don't give this franchisee your business.
Ordered online, absolutely terrible. Ordered a blt, got a cold untoasted bagel with cheese and nothing else.My girlfriends steak sandwich on a english muffin came as a sausage on a biscut. Their response was a ⅓ of our order refunded. Wont be back.
