Service is slow! Food is always bad at fast food, specially the chicken, it doesn't taste like it either.
If you don't know french , u need to wait untill everyone in shop to be served. I placed mobile pick up for a coffee and staff kept me waiting for around 20 mins there. After I asked 3 or 4 times , they gave me coffee. Meanwhile around 12 people in line served. Only difference I noticed is , I was the only one talked to them in French.
Minor issue with my order. However, manager followed-up quickly and resolved my issue. Very thankful for their service as we all make mistakes.
One of the best Tim's in the area. But sometimes in the evening or weekends get bad service with long wait times.
Drive thru was a bit slow. If you want or need napkins, you are required to ask. One would think that they would be provided with all orders, but especially food orders.

Training is much needed it. Trouble was making a BLT sandwich with NO bacon!
Very slow and they screw the order the majority of the time. Farmers wrap with bacon and sausage they often forget the bacon and or the sauce. The coffee is never consistent, good on some days and bad on others. Covid/short of staff etc is no excuse.
They are so insanely slow and only to get your order wrong to boot.
Opens late gets order wrong 90% of time coffee burnt 4 days out of 6 days of the week
