Service is extremely slow at drive through even when there are only a few cars. They often run out of donuts early and do not serve a sandwich an hour before they close. 15 wait for a coffee is way to long.

Some of the most horrible service at any Tim Hortons, front Cash never has a runner, but drive through will have 6 people sometimes.They never have steeped Tea, I don't mind waiting on a fresh pot, but they forget almost every time until I speak up.Seriously in need of some new management, and training.

The handicap buttons did not work and the person I was assisting couldn't do long distance. We came in for the bathroom and possibly a coffee but after the troubles, we abandoned coffee. While leaving we wanted to take the same doors as we came in but the worker yelled "no take the exit doors its gonna mess up the doors!" We had to ignore her because the person I was assisting was really not feeling well and the buttons weren't working. We were parked in the handicap parking and the "exit" doors are alot farther then the doors we came in. So I'm very disappointed with the workers attitude she decided to yell at us instead of calmly telling us her troubles with the doors. (We found there was only the buttons that didn't work). We came at this Tim Hortons Wednesday November 17th 2021 at around 6:15 pm I believe. The rest of the Tim Hortons was clean and very cozy looking.

Waited 17 mins for an online order in storefront without being greeted. Once I spoke to an employee they were incredibly rude and provided me with half a cup of lukewarm coffee

If you want to wait in a drive through for 35 min then visit this location. I've been waiting 3t min and still not my turn.

I was so surprised when visited here on the way back to Toronto. Everything was too slow, including staff. It's a place having no greetings or warm welcome. Staff was so busy for no purpose running that no one could stop for a moment to take my order. I had to wait for 10 minutes to order without any people in front of me. So scary!

Pretty sure employees are half asleep and have very poor listening skills. Very rude as well.Asked for 20 timbits with 2 plain and they gave me 15 plain. Like? What's wrong with your listening skills?

VERY very bad service! The elderly woman that works there barely moves, sooo slowly, she cant hear well, takes the orders wrongly, besides EXTREMELY rude and irritated. She sold us an extra coffee which we didnt order, forgot to put us cream, sugar in each coffee. You better DONT go there…

Rudest guy behind the counter. Sees me standing there 5 mins. I’m patient so I don’t say anything. Finally takes my order, I’m waiting for my coffee at the cash, then all annoyed he says “wait for your coffee to the left,” which is about a foot away *and I’m the only one in there* Then he yells at me for trying to exit through the double doors, still the only one in there.

My order was online order. Mocha was not Mocha...it was cofee...One of donuts was not available....They are very awful and also always problematic.
