Takes a long time to get your order
The worst one in Gatineau by far. Slow and they messed up your order at least 1 on 2. I mean basic order such as ice cap donuts etc. Try another one if you can.
This is the super lazy drive through! Walking in and getting your order from the store is much faster.They always get your donuts messed up in a paper envelope, they never gave me what I asked in Timbits.

i usually don’t write reviews, but this tim hortons has the worst service i’ve ever experienced. there were flies where the donuts and muffins are, the staff was extremely slow, lots of people seemed to just be standing around and talking. when i finally received my food about 15 minutes later, it was the wrong order. i handed it back and told the cashier that i had just ordered a wrap. she then proceeded to quickly make my wrap without effort and then slid the package across the counter without a bag.truly horrible customer service. save your time and money and don’t go here.

Easy access from Autoroute 50 from Montreal to Gatineau to get your great cup of double-double and Tim Bits as well as your Hwy rest stop. Highly recommended.
