Really disappointed. My grandson's wanted to try their new donuts, Boston cream and apple fritter.....they are constantly advertising them. Tim Hortons did not have any on three different occasions. As a matter of fact, there was no choice. For a 24 hour donut place.......they never have any donuts!
Went there asked for a bagel watch as two employees talk while at there station… took long time to get my order and the one employee put his hand in trash then touch my new bagel … owner don’t blame covid you hired these smart people… less talking and break time more work be faster I think …
They are the worst Tim Hortons. They don't listen to what you ask for and charge out the roof for things. Never going again. they are lucky they got a star at all.
Friendly staff amazing coffee & dougnuts great food selection with the tastiest freshest sandwiches around !! ESPECIALLY THE BACON TURKEY lol ? thank U & keep up the good work !!
Most of Aylmer had no power. This Tim's location was extremely busy. There was only 3 people working. They worked well together and the orders were processed quickly despite the high volume of people and the fact that 3 people were able to complete orders quickly. I was very impressed.
I want to taste some of those new Bieber balls but they always have the doors locked for walk in service.
Probably the slowest Tim Hortons in the whole Ottawa area. It's bad. 8 cars deep at the drive thru and still have to wait close to 20 minutes.
Tim Hortons is not a place you want to go these days if you are in a hurry. But it's not the staffs fault.Because of the pandemic, and CERB, no one wants to work these stressful low paying jobs.If it's a busy time like lunch or morning, expect to wait 30 mins or so in line. There's likely about two to three people inside tending to walk in customers, drive through, making the food and coffee. It's not their fault.Be kind.
The app needs to be updated to allow for better options upon arrival.
Long waits, wrong orders and the owner is horrible and doesn't care about service, people etc. I cannot believe that this owner has not gotten reprimanded from the Tim Hortons franchise because it is that badly run. All the ones in Aylmer.Worst part is that they don't tell people the inside is closed or put up a sign instead they just keep the doors locked. You spend forever in the drive thru and they almost surly get your order wrong.
