Place needs more staff and maybe some calm music playing inside.
I go there and I don't really mind the waiting, I know they're ridiculous slow and might be under staff but respect the people, I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me flour crumbs between two buns.
We had a very disappointing dining experience on 24 Oct, between 1245pm to 120pm. The service is as cold as the weather. The crew simply forgot about our order and served those who are behind us. Crew are not friendly and unreasonable. I would not recommend this branch to my friends when I get back to Los Angeles USA.
Consistently the worst Tim Hortons in the area, everyone moves at a snails pace and spends half of their time arguing amongst themselves instead of serving customers. On top of that once you’ve waited 20 minutes for a small coffee in a restaurant with 3 customers it’s usually wrong and cold. I don’t usually leave reviews but this has been my experience the last 5 times I have come here and everyone I talk to has a very similar experience. Super disappointing considering your staff is seemingly all above the age of 25 it’s hard to understand why no one seems to understand how a workplace environment works.
2 days in a row had to go in because they can't seem to get the order right. Ask for a double double and you get it black previous day asked for a double double and get half with French vanilla. I won't be going to that tims again.
Slowest workers ever!!! Took 20 minutes just to get a bagel and coffee, I actually drive to one farther now so I don’t have to deal with this one. Coffee break is over by the time you get your stuff. So ridiculous
Terrible service. Ordered 1 coffee 2 milks &1 sugar in each. Received 2 coffees, 1 sugar no milk in first and 2 milks no sugar in second coffee. Errors here most of the time. Dont ask for cappucino, advised it comes out lukewarm.
Service is very slow by not their fault. Not enough employee.
The kids working there didn't have any idea on how to make anything shorted me on some drinks took forever to get everything
Terrible in store service. Actually have to demand service. Told that drive-thru people were in a hurry!!! Well, walk-in are too & maybe we don't drive!!!Hate having to repeat my order 2-3 times. Terrible intercom.Time to switch to McDonald's!!!
