Ok so their new dark roast is supposed to be the "Perfect" blend this year and it's actually pretty good, so why 1 star ? Well I usually go to the same tim hortons mostly every day and if you get a lukewarm coffee once or twice now and again, I could forgive them but lukewarm dark roast coffee is just TERRIBLE !! Espacially when I keep telling the cashier at the drive through, but they dont give a S**t. Why do I get a hot coffee at other Tim's and lukewarm coffee at this one beats me but keep hoping they fix this since this Timmy's is on my way and going to an other one would just make me waste time !!!Just plain tired of complaining to young cashier's that just dont care !!!!
Close to home. Parking is a little tricky at times. Dangerous spot near the drive through exit as there is a STOP sign that gets ignored.Leaving review at two stars.Service is slow. People who go inside to order get very low priority. I have seen 5 cars served at window for every 1 person served inside.People behind the counter are often more interested in socializing and giggling then working.Frequently get orders wrong. You really have to watch them.
My favourite Tim's in Aylmer, Always great customer service, Always quick and efficient.
Worst service ever! I happily drive from front Street down to Deschenes, there is the best service, fast , don't screw up my simple order of small double double. Like seriously how does front Street screw that up???? Never order food, donuts are gross.
Every time I go to get Icecap, their machine is always broken, on the top of that, you buy a regular coffee and it taste like hot water. If I could I would give a ZERO on the review.
They did not serve me despite apparently being open for drive thru only. Some one was about 5 feet away from me at the drive through window when I drove out and intentionally ignored me.
I eat a muffin then hade a rash on my face not satisfied
Their drive through staff makes molasses look like Lewis Hamilton
