I am a long time TH client, since before the advent of the drive through. It has always been my go to place. However now i am giving up. I cannot believe how terrible the service is at this store now since the pandemic. i waited for 15 minutes behind the one car at the window, unacceptable. I looked inside the store and all i see is kids in slow motion, why are there no managers to light a fire. What happened to all of the nice old ladies who got it done ? I will clean my balance on my card and no more. Headquarters should take note of this

There so slow and unprofessional. Always take one side of the drive through and let the other side pile up do not go here unless you wanna go inside go to the tims on front street in aylmer

At my visit the staff employed was the slowest and most confuse I have ever experienced. A simple order took 30 minutes and the store was nor busy.

Best Tim's in aylmer! Always a bonus when I get to have a quit chat with the hard working manager ( Mya ). Kindest customer service around!

Absolutely horrible. I tried to give places the benefit of the doubt for the occasional error; I know mistakes happen. But this location has had some of the most inconsistent service and food I have ever encountered.Examples (Not all, just a few)-Being told they had a donut available for me, after being told they were sold out for weeks, only to be told at the window that they accidentally sold it.-Ordering crispy chicken wraps, and rarely having the crispy chicken-Confirmation screen is rarely on at the drive through, so unless you get the cashier to read the order back, you have no way of knowing until you get to the window.-Mobile orders get ignored all the time, often making me wait longer than if I had just went through the drive through or lined up inside.-Staff attitudes are horrible. When these mistakes happen, Im constantly told that its somehow my fault (I will concede that it was one time lol, and I apologized profusely),They recently had a new manager who seemed to want to turn things around, and I definitely saw progress, but he got moved elsewhere and I'm not optimistic.Unless I'm just ordering a double double (usually safe, unless they sub dark roast in), I will no longer be ordering there.

This place closes early and blocks customers from drive through 20-30 minutes before close. Arrived at 9:40, and they already blocked entrances and locked their doors. Staff inside. If your hours say open until 10, be open until 10!

In store ordering never an option. It is unclear and confusing wether or not we can use the mobile app. It also causes the drive through to always be congested and very slow.

Usually never have a problem with any Tim Hortons. This location has extremely negligent and rude staff. I had my mask pulled halfway down, as I have difficulty breathing.The staff screamed at my repeatedly and became very hostile. I cancelled my initial order, and left. I will never return to this location ever again.

Good customer service but always short of variety of donuts, when ask for, they say that's all we have.
