Terribly Terribly slow. Waiting for an order for 30 minutes at a drive thru is ridiculous. Terribly service!!! They either need to fire the staff or change management.
Asked for a wrap and they gave me a bowl. When I told them that I ordered a wrap the employee told me "it's the same thing, what's the problem"...
I have been in a lineup at this Tim Hortons for 25 minutes. They don't go park cars when the order isn't ready like they should and like every other restaurant does, they don't say anything at the speaker to warn that it'll take some time and Just the wait time is enough for me to never come back here again and to tell everyone about this experience.
Worst experience at a Tim Horton's EVER! NO JOKE, we waited 30 minutes in the drive throug!!! For a light iced cap. When we FINALLY got to the window, we were told it was $17. Clearly wrong order! No idea what they were doing. We ended up with an iced cap( not light!!) And no coffee in it! Do NOT go here! Trust me!!!! People were coming from other cars that had received their order already and sticking their heads in the drive through window, trying to get what they were missing from their order. This location is litterally the worst restaurant I have ever been to of ALL time!
The small decaf coffee with 1 cream was disgusting! It was definitely off. I waited over 10 minutes in drive thru because the doors to the store were closed.
This location never ever has enough staff… and their service is extremely slow…everytime i order wraps i am told they don’t have enough staff to male the food… suprised they are still in service
When I explained that my drink was sll messed up they weren’t happy about it, although they made it again, I know the employee crashed in it as there were mucus at the bottom of the cup, it was one of the busiest days in my life so I didn’t have time to deal with it but I never came back!
Nothing new here, they got my order wrong once again !!! Asked for a dark roast coffee with 2 cream and 2 sweeteners. Upon pickup at the window, I ask again if its 2 creams and 2 sweeteners, the young person says "yea"...so I leave and while I'm driving, I have a sip of my coffee and sweet like sugar, they dont care if they get my coffee wrong, but to me, I am a type 1 diabetic, sugar is poison... maybe hire more responsible people to work !!!
I’m sorry to say but this is the WORST Tim Horton’s. Always lots of staff working but service is extremely slow - even just to get a coffee. Without fail every time I order from this location on Uber Eats the order has missing and incorrect items - EVERY TIME! There are so many inefficiencies and the service is poor. I have never visited another Tim Horton’s that delivers this level of inadequate service.
Been waiting 47 minutes for coffee. 47 minutes. First the drive thru speaker didn't work. Then the wait to order. Then they told us to park and they'd bring it out to us.... been waiting 26 minutes just sitting parked. Waiting. My Husband left 5 minutes ago to go inside and see. I'm now late for my christmas dinner with colleagues. Unreal. It was painful watching a gentleman make a sandwich. The poor man standing waiting for him to be finished with his sandwich with excruciating agony and patience that was dwindling. If I didn't just order a 24 person coffee party kit worth 42.00 I would have walked away.
