Despite the sign at the drive through they were are not open 24 hours. The employee was making their morning coffee and opened the window and said they only open at 5am. Besides that the food is good there.
Je n’ai rien à recommander, je n’ai pas pu commander. Aucun service reçu malgré la présence de commis. 10 minutes d’attente au « drive » pour rien et les portes sont barrer. Pourtant, des notes sont afficher disant que c’est ouvert 24h!! Un beau gros 0/10 bien mérité!!

bad experience with Tim Hortons lorrain, savane and Gréber are good but you can't hold a company accountable and improving by pointing fingers at franchisees one by one.
I like this store more than the two orther branches in the area, it usually carries the better variety stock, the team make mistakes occasionally over the drive through intercom although we repeat the order details and confirm them twice and we are fully bilingual so we make sure things are explained in both French and English. Everytime we noticed the error they corrected it adequately
Customer service skills in drive thru are non existant !!!!!!! Guy started with "your order ! " no hello no welcome to Tim Hortons no nothing but "your order" and Thats 8.20. And something about Gatineau Drive thrus. I dont understand why I have to wait 30 mins. Theres no excuse for that.

Very dirty not friendly it’s one of the worst Tim I’ve even been in ,it should be shut down for major cleaning an better staff go to the other Tim cleaner an friendly parking also easier
