Bought croissants there for the first time today and they were DELICIOUS. Flakey and buttery, yum

Je tiens à remercier la gérante

Fantastic French bakery. If your looking for real French breads and baking delights, and some hard to find Scottish ingredients from the 'Vielle Alliance' (... Lime Curd); look no further. One of Aylmer's 'hidden gems' .... and truly fantastic coffee thanks to their fabulous espresso machine they brought over from Europe.

My fiancé and I got the roast beef and mustard sandwich, a croissant, a chocolatine and a baguette. Everything was absolutely delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed, this will now be our go to for a bakery. Can’t wait to come back.

What a gem of a place. The owner kindly put together a sweet and savory treat box for our dear Aunt and Uncle who live there in Aylmer. We're in Ontario and were able to have the box delivered for a special occasion by the owner herself. What a friendly, kind and accommodating woman. We will be ordering again very soon. Thank you so very much!

What a hidden GEM of a place. Wonderful service. Delicious treats. Thank you for arranging for a special delivery to our dear uncle in town for his 80th Birthday from us family in Toronto.

Excellent bakery. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good location and plenty of parking.I ordered some croissants, danishes, and an espresso. The danish was delicious and the espresso was good.My opinion is the croissants are not as good as those from Les Deux Freres.

Always delicious. Fabulous service ?

An Aylmer gem! This place is an absolute treasure. Lunch combos, legitimate French pastries, all fresh. My favorite is the chocolatine aux amandes. All desserts will have you coming back. I'm so grateful to have such a wonderful place in Aylmer. Thank you, merci!

GREAT croissants. GREAT baguettes. And a pretty good quiche. The only suggestion I have would be to change the sign. After being here for months, I had only just found out about the bakery, assuming that "The True Alliance" was probably some kind of a LARPing store or comic book shop, and I cant be the only one. The owner should hang up a big banner with the word "BOULANGERIE" underneath! It would break my heart for anyone in Aylmer to miss out on delicious, authentic French pastries in their own backyard, all due to branding confusion.
