Terrible experience and will never be back again. Aside from the missing drink, we also encountered rude lady cashier. We were about to pick-up our online order on the said time which is at 6:57pm (supposed to be curbside pick-up). Me and my husband waited for extra 5min but no one showed up. So, my husband went inside the restaurant to inquire regarding our order and the cashier treated him badly telling him in a not so nice way to just wait because they have a lot of orders.We do understand that it's busy and WE ARE WILLING TO WAIT. We're just inquiring but the lady cashier did not even listen to him and acting like she doesn't want to hear anything. We ended up waiting for another 20min. after finding out that our order wasn't even ready for pick-up on the said time. Due to disappointment, we didn't even notice that they didn't give us our drink not until we got home. We could have just ordered directly from the restaurant if this is the case. The lady cashier should have proper training for good manners too.
I've been to this branch before a couple times and it always takes them a while to prepare my order.Today however, they not only took 20 mins to get my food, but they also got it wrong and i noticed only once i got home. I tried calling for 30mins before they finally picked up and then argued with me that they got it right. They then told me to come in person immediately to fix it. I told them I'm in a meeting but the lady on the phone who took my order and kept my receipt did not care. So i went in person while attending my zoom meeting from my phone and once i was there and they checked the records they realized their own mistake and said they would prepare a new meal... except once again they didn't prepare what i asked for and replaced the tofu i asked for with shrimp.They wasted my whole evening and ruined my meeting. I wasn't asking for a free meal or any extras with my dish, I just wanted what I asked for and even then they could not deliver. Very disappointing and I wish I fought for my money back or something cause this is terrible customer service

I find all of Thai express offerings supremely delicious, varied, creatively prepared, bursting with flavour. Real thai cuisine full of flavours and cook to perfection! Shrimp Pad Thai noodles and fried rice is my favourite.
Every single time, I’m talking about easily my past 7 orders, it’s always WRONG. It doesn’t matter how many times you WRITE DOWN that you want a Pepsi and NOT a Diet Pepsi… every single time. They need to start to read the orders because clearly they don’t care.
Ordered through Doordash at 6pm. My order was cancelled at 7.15pm. No reasons given no workable phone number.
Hard to place your order, the menu above is hard to read and decipher. Ordered shrimp and noodles (so I thought) but when I got to my place it was mushroom, chicken and rice. I should have opened the box before I left.
Very good. I wanted my fried rice to be normal-people-cry-spicy and I wasn't disappointed haha. Thank you again, guys ? My children also love their food
Close early and refuse Uber eats orders way too early id rather never buy there again if this is the working ethics at the location
Made an ubereats order at 2pm to be delivered at 5. Its past 7pm and the food is still not ready....no way to contact restaurant. Horrible will never order from there again.
