Please be kind with your customers I contracted Covid19 just 2 days after me and my friend got to this Thai Express which is not sanitary at all by the way and we both develop symptoms. It was the only place we were going together so we pretty sure know it was there. Plus, the employee who served ous dosen't sanitizr his hands before touchong food and plates and wasn't feeling well that day. i am a huge fan of tum yum soup. I ALWAYS ask for 5 times spicy. on montée paiement theyr refused it, i got a reply from the cook '''i dont have enough'' . so now i go to thai expess at ''les promenades de l outaouais at the food court. i ask them for tum yum soup 5 times spicy, everytime they do it with a big smile and they even ask me if i want a little extra coup of spices on the side. now thats what a call reall good service. Since that day i always go to the thai express at the food cour at the promenade de l outaouais , the service is impecable and the staff is always smillling. if you want to eat a really good tom yum soup go to the one at the promenade ðe l outaouais, they are by far the best.
Their menu used to have Gluten Free options. Not anymore. Now their menu is Gluten Responsible, which means traces of gluten might still be in your meal. People with Celiac Disease be warned.

I just ordered 2 general thai using a coupon that you deliver to all addresses in the area.The person who took the coupon is the same.one who did my order. It was all rice barely 4 chicken. I am really dispaointed .. i.will never visit this place anymore. If you want to treat your customers this way when they use coupon why you send us coupons to our address. Plus when we use coupon we are still paying money. I paid 25$ this is really uneccaptable paying 25$ to eat rice

Showed up at the opening hour one day, there was no employees inside. When a shop shows no sign of life at the moment it's supposed to be opened, it shows that the employees don't care.
