lettuce always looks almost rotten
The owner is nice but his staff need to be trained properly and be professional. Attitude is very poor. Especially the guy who wears the bonnet. Brutal! Shouting at customers before giving them a chance to reply.

It's a franchise so the food will be the same quality most of the time. But the people there are the rudest to deal with.
Don't go at lunch time between 12PM-13PM. Cheap on steak/chicken and oven is always open so the meat is cold. All they see/want is your money and you feel it.
The price displayed beside the menu was not what the register showed. When I claimed it, the clerk changed it but I felt terrible. Prices should be accurate.
Everytime i go, its like they dont listen to my order. They wiill toast when i dont ask to toast. I say white bread wrap and they give me spinach wrap. Cheap on sauce and garnishs with way too much lettuce.
