Fresh products, good food
I am not an angry person but the experience I had at this Subway today almost made me lash out. I kept my composure though because I was trying to convince myself that a) the cashier either had an invisible disability b) a crazy hangover c)the world's most laziest attitude. Option a) is what kept me from not abandoning ship and walking out.I'm not really sure where to start, between being there for over 30 minutes, and the cashier touching the cupboard with the same gloves he was using to make my sandwich...I wanted to cry. I didn't even have the heart to tell him to start over. At this point, I had already been waiting for 15 minutes. I quietly paid my bill, but those subs were trashed!I'm hoping the manager sees this post, and gets back to me before I get a hold of corporate for my money back. This is not acceptable.

Always good, fast service
Worst subway ever, waited 20 minutes for a 6 inch sub that was cut with the bottom so thin everything fell out. 3 people working, two of them standing around most of the time while the obvious new person struggled with every sandwich to get the cheese apart. Boo!!
