My child and myself visited this evening, I was facing some issues with the app followed by additional problems with apple pay. The two little ladies who were there were extremely patient and tolerated my extremely hyper child. The app worked after finishing the order they accepted that I send my order online to benefit from the offer and use my online order to fulfill the sandwiches that they already prepared. It was nice of them they didn’t have to, they could have said this is seperate order but I I got to benefit from my nice app offers.I have to say that subway in the area didn’t always have such good customer service and they continuesly changed kids who were not properly trained and were many times rude (both Savane and Gréber branches) but tonight the ladies may have been young but they deserve kudos.On our way out my over excited kid dropped prt if his salad on the floor, and they were very kind to accept his apologies and didn’t let us clean up the mess.Another thing that buggs me in Subways in Quebec is that they don’t have a cheese bread without the herbs like they do in Ontario and many people loke me prefer that option so we really home that you add it sometime!Thank you

Awful experience.A curly blonde haired woman who worked there literally yelled at me because they were out of turkey, when I asked her to repeat what she had said because I am Neurodivergent I have audio processing disorder, she yelled at me again repeating the same thing. I asked for another meat instead and she threw my bread across the table. I am incredibly annoyed and disappointed as this was my favourite Subway location. I will not be returning here.

Services was absolutely Amazing!! Everything was fresh,When i usually go my sub isn’t filled to the brim with veggies, But this time i went early when the bread just came out of the oven ? it was full & delicious cookies we’re still hot & both employees we’re polite. I think they knew they did a great job with the tip i gave them ❤️
same issue as others mention, dry bread, undercookeds and not fresh. but non only that.papier thin sandwich, curled into the paper. not satisfying at all I will need to eat something else for my meal I almost refused it at the counter because it felt too thin even in the bag with the paper towels. They also gave me a big bunch of paper towels, probably because the sandwiches were so thin they had to make this up with napkins that I will throw into the thrash, honestly the sandwich was unsatisfying, I could have dissed it into the thrash can too.and I will use another subway next time even if its further away...The bread was dry, and instead off filling it with the ingredients I asked they rolled it and curled the ends to make it seem thicker. I'm not even sure there was the correct amount of meat in there. I'm small sized and wasn't satisfied with a footlong. My kids would probably eat it all and still be hungry. Thanks for ruining my lunch hour and wasting my time and money.
Extremely dirty!!!! They use tablet on counter kitchen and look photo i will never go there but other subway on montee paiement this best place!

Good service most of the time, proportions are right and place is clean. It's Subway what more do you want?
