I would love to give the staff 5 stars for running an inadequately managed store ok the weekends. Found out that managers will not come in to support their staff because extracurricular activities are more important than running their store.Managers - if your staff requires your help, show up.
Very clean, fast, nice people. Suggestive selling was on and it was less of a busy period of the day.

I find this location is one of the better ones in the area. Staff is friendly. If you mobile order they'll put it together pretty quick for pickup.
First time ordered online from this store. Pizza melt sandwich was cold and no sign of melt, 4 wraps were all cold. Sorry not sorry never again
When I came into the Aylmer location on Vanier street, there was approximately 10 people waiting in line. One girl scrolled through her phone in front of the customer while making a skip the dishes order. The other 2 girls just sat there and watched. When I asked why only one person was taking orders she said that because she is responsible for taking the payments, the other girl is responsible for putting on the vegetables and the other girl makes the sandwiches. 3 people left in the time I had to wait. This was horrific customer service!
Went to this location twice this week.First visit : My chicken burger was Frozen, literally frozen still.Second Visit : My steak and cheese sub was toasted, but the steak was...you guessed it, frozen.Same employee both nights.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS SUBWAY.
Was not pleased with the service as our subs took forever. Then the knife used to cut our sandwiches was dirty. Gloves were not changed even though you could clearly see they were covered in mustard. Even the subway paper to cover our subs had mustard on them. I should mention that we do not enjoy mustard therefore the condiment was not from our subs.
I ordered Uber Eat two Tuna Combo.My order has missing items, and the food was Not good at all.
Amazing service. Fresh. Staff was very nice. Spoke English perfect. Will go back again!
