Terrible organization of people and orders. We ordered 2 drinks and 20 minutes later, only 1 person out of the 4 customers before had been completely served. We then decided to simply take our money back and go elsewhere because the newer employee making the drinks was not being helped at all in his confusion. Poorly managed.
Lineups are very long at this location. Had 2 cars ahead of me and it took more than 5 minutes to get my order. However, my Vanilla Cold Brew was excellent as expected!
Extremely slow and poorly managed.Some employees were working hard, but some were socializing and wandering around aimlessly as 20+ frustrated customers waited inside for their orders.
Shameful! Although the entire area was without power and Starbucks was open for drive threw, they closed their dining rooms in a time of severe need. People have no power for several days, and you can’t open your doors to those in your own community who have supported you?Children have been without food. Parents without sleep. Everyone without power and you have the audacity to keep your dining room locked? SHAME ON YOU.
Some staff are friendly, others not so much. Only starbucks in the Outaouais region lacking starbucks employee standard greetings.
The staff are nice, but this location is way too busy for its capacity. Every time I come here, it takes over 20 minutes after I order to get my drink.

The Starbucks is always busy but they always provide a great service. This time there was a small mistake with my drink which was very complicated... When I pointed out the mistake they were more than apologetic allowed me to keep the original drink and remade a new one for us as well. Although it takes some time to get your perfect drink this is definitely the place you should go to!
Super service with a smile. Chai Latté was amazing. As always they are expensive. Cup were flimsy for hot chocolate for my toddler. I ended drinking it since to dangerous for my boy in the car.
Always busy, a terrible set-up for the drive-thru/parking lot. Good drinks, good service.
