They may have great coffee (wouldn't know as I don't drink the stuff) but the hot chocolate was awful - tasted like it had been made with water instead of milk. At least the brownie was good.

Had to wait more than half an hr for my bus after blood work done, didnt feel too well, so I decided to go in the starbucks and have a coffee with a pastry instead of waiting outside in -15C, I asked if I can sit down was told they wont open it till later on today, because they dont want to bother with validating my vaccine passport. I told her I just dont want to wait in the cold for the bus she shragged her shoulder and turned away. One more reason not to go starbucks anymore...
On more than one occasion they have served me half a coffee and charge me for the full coffee. At $8 a pop I find this to be a ridiculous practice and the fact that it continues and forms a pattern indicates that management needs to look into their staff. Check your coffees for spit boys and girls
Been here twice in the past 3 weeks, and both time ordered a chestnut praline latte and got only syrup with milk... asked for extra toppings (because they always forget to put it) and still managed to not put topping... how do baristas in such a coffee shop forget espresso in a latte, TWICE.. and it wasn't super busy either, so there wasn't a rush to blame it on in both situations
It's a busy coffee place. Expect lots of people and long drive thru lines. Overall, no issues. Reasonably clean, fast and tasty. Pretty standard Starbucks experience.
Ordered a frappuccino mocha cookie. They gave me the tiniest PAper straw that I can't drink it with. Do not order a frappuccino at this store!!!
Never be n to a Starbucks with such poor service. First won't make me a decaf coffee only espresso. Not what I wanted. Next the espresso drink is literally a cup of hot milk no coffee at not even a taste. No other Starbucks has ever denied me a cup of coffee now did they not know how to make a drink. I wish I walked out with nothing instead of paying 6 dollars for a cup of milk.
Ordered and waited 30 minutes for a Frappuccino only to be asked what I was waiting for, because the cashier did not communicate with the rest of the staff as to what people were ordering (there was about four others waiting because of the same issues.
Extremely friendly, helpful staff and absolutely delicious drinks. It's a popular spot so be sure to budget a bit of extra time if you're stopping in here.
